A an&#225;lise de documentos, na perspectiva cr&#237;tico-dial&#233;tica, conduziu a pesquisa. Desde os anos 2000, ampliaram-se as rela&#231;&#245;es pol&#237;tico-educacionais entre o Brasil e a OCDE. H&#225; um consentimento ativo do governo brasileiro relacionado &#224; implementa&#231;&#227;o da avalia&#231;&#227;o do sistema educacional, que possa responder &#224; pol&#237;tica de compet&#234;ncias e habilidades defendida pela Organiza&#231;&#227;o Internacional. Os resultados apontam que existem semelhan&#231;as e contradi&#231;&#245;es entre o que preconizam os documentos da OCDE e as pol&#237;ticas de avalia&#231;&#227;o da Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica que s&#227;o desenvolvidas no pa&#237;s.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The aim of this work is to analyze the guidelines and propositions emanation from the political-educational relations between Brazil and OCDE, and the implications on the conception of the Educational Evaluation Systems on the competences and skills policy aegis. Document analysis conducted the research on the critical-dialectic perspective. Since the 2000s, political-educational relations between Brazil and OCDE have enlarged. There is an active consent by the Brazilian government regarding to the implementation of the evaluation of the Educational system, which could answer to the competences and skills policy defended by the International Organization. The results point to similarities and contradictions among what OCDE documents preach and the policies for Basic Education evaluation developed in the country. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las orientaciones y proposiciones que emanan de las relaciones pol&#237;tico-educacionales entre Brasil e OCDE, y las implicaciones en la concepci&#243;n de evaluaci&#243;n de sistemas educacionales bajo la &#233;gida de la pol&#237;tica de competencias y habilidades. El an&#225;lisis de documentos, en la perspectiva cr&#237;tico-dial&#233;ctica ha conducido la investigaci&#243;n. Desde los a&#241;os 2000 se ampliaron las relaciones pol&#237;tico-educacionales entre Brasil y la OCDE. Hay un consentimiento activo del gobierno brasile&#241;o relacionado con la implementaci&#243;n de la evaluaci&#243;n del sistema educacional, que pueda contestar a la pol&#237;tica de competencias y habilidades defendida por la Organizaci&#243;n Internacional. Los resultados apuntan que hay similitudes y contradicciones entre lo que preconizan los documentos de la OCDE y las pol&#237;ticas de evaluaci&#243;n de la Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica que son desarrolladas en el pa&#237;s.]]></p></abstract>
