A partir de abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa contou com 22 participantes e utilizou como instrumentos de coleta de dados: questionário para professores e coordenadoras pedagógicas; observação do trabalho da Coordenação Pedagógica; e análise documental dos Projetos Político-Pedagógicos das quatro escolas envolvidas. A pesquisa evidenciou que há atuação da Coordenação Pedagógica relacionada ao acompanhamento do planejamento e da prática pedagógica dos professores e à sua formação continuada. Ademais, indicou que há aspectos positivos e, também, práticas que podem ser revistas pela coordenação e pelos professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aimed to discuss aspects related to the actions developed by the Education Coordination with teachers of the final grades of Elementary School, with a view to the school inclusion of target students of Special Education in the regular state school system of a municipality of the state of Paraná, Brasil. Based on a qualitative approach, the research counted on 22 participants and used, as data collection instruments, the following: questionnaires to teachers and education coordinators, observation of the Education Coordination work and documentary analysis of the Pedagogical Master Plan of the four schools involved. The research showed that there is an action of the Education Coordination related to the monitoring of the plan and to the pedagogical practice of teachers and their continuing training. Moreover, it indicated that there are positive aspects as well as practices that can be reviewed by the coordination and by the teachers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio buscó discutir aspectos relacionados a la actuación de la Coordinación Pedagógica junto a profesores de los últimos años de la Enseñanza Primaria, teniendo en cuenta la inclusión escolar de los alumnos público-objetivo de Educación Especial, de la red regular estatal de enseñanza de un municipio del Estado de Paraná, Brasil. A partir de abordaje cualitativo, la investigación contó con 22 participantes y utilizó, como instrumentos de colecta de datos: cuestionario para profesores y Coordinadoras Pedagógicas; observación del trabajo de la Coordinación Pedagógica y Análisis documental de los Proyectos Político-Pedagógicos de las cuatro escuelas participantes. La investigación evidenció que hay actuación de la Coordinación Pedagógica relacionada al acompañamiento del planeamiento, y de la práctica pedagógica de los profesores y su formación continuada. Además, indicó que hay aspectos positivos y, también, prácticas que pueden ser revisadas por la coordinación y por los profesores.]]></p></abstract>
