<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1809-43092023000100522&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1809-43092023000100522&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1809-43092023000100522&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Com base nas legislações recentes e vigentes em âmbito nacional (Resolução nº 510/2016 e Resolução nº 674/2022, do Conselho Nacional de Saúde) e local e em discussões de autores contemporâneos que têm debatido o tema da ética em pesquisas na área da Educação, considera-se pertinente a discussão a respeito das limitações do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa/Comissão Nacional de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP/Conep) acessado por meio da base Plataforma Brasil (sistema eletrônico unificado de registro de pesquisas envolvendo seres humanos, vinculado ao Ministério da Saúde) no que diz respeito às especificidades das pesquisas em Ciências Humanas e Sociais (CHS). A hipertrofia de exigências no processo de solicitação de aprovação do CEP via Plataforma Brasil e as burocracias (formulários extensos e generalizados) que não condizem com as especificidades das pesquisas em CHS revelam a importância de uma readequação do procedimento adotado, sob a óptica da educação, que conceba a ética para além de um conjunto de normas e preenchimento de formulários.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Based on recent and current legislation at the national level (Resolution nº 510/2016 and Resolution nº 674/2022, of the National Health Council) and local and on discussions of contemporary authors who have debated the topic of ethics in research in the field of Education , it is considered pertinent the discussion regarding the limitations of the Research Ethics Committee/National Committee of Research Ethics (known by the acronym CEP/CONEP ) accessed through the Plataforma Brasil database (unified electronic system for registration of research involving human beings, linked to the Ministry of Health) with regard to the specificities of research in Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS). The hypertrophy of requirements in the process of requesting CEP approval via Plataforma Brasil and the bureaucracies (extensive and generalized forms) that do not match the specificities of research in HSS reveal the importance of a readjustment of the procedure adopted, from the perspective of education, which conceives ethics beyond a set of norms and filling out forms.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Con base en las legislaciones recientes y vigentes en el ámbito nacional (Resolución nº 510/2016 e Resolución nº 674/2022, del Consejo Nacional de Salud) y local y en discusiones de autores contemporáneos que han debatido el tema de la ética en la investigaciones en el área de la Educación, se considera pertinente la discusión a respecto de las limitaciones del Comité de Ética en Investigación/Comité Nacional de Ética en Investigación (CEP/Conep) accedido por medio de la base de la Plataforma Brasil (sistema electrónico unificado de registro de investigaciones involucrando seres humanos, vinculado al Ministerio de la Salud) en lo que se refiere a las especificidades de las investigaciones en Ciencias Humanas y Sociales (CHS). La hipertrofia de exigencias en el proceso de solicitud de aprobación del CEP vía Plataforma Brasil y las burocracias (formularios extensos y generalizados) que no se corresponden con las especificidades de las investigaciones en CHS, revelan la importancia de una readecuación del procedimiento adoptado, bajo la óptica de la educación, que conciba la ética más allá de un conjunto de normas y de cumplimentación de formularios.]]></p></abstract>
