Se evaluó análisis factorial exploratorio, confirmatorio y ANOVA. Los resultados demuestran: validez del instrumento, consistencia de sus correlaciones y análisis de varianza. En la D1 para A01 59.4±10.5%, para A02 65.4±10.9%, y para A03 el 70.2±11.6% evidenciando una inadecuada implementación de políticas lingüísticas pluralistas y democráticas. En la D2 para A01 75.1±4.6%, para A02 58.5±6.5% y para A03 75.0±7.9%, demostrando que los modelos educativos multilingües no integran ni permiten el desarrollo de potencialidades de los estudiantes. En la D3, para A01 75.1±4.6%, para A02 73.5±2.5% y para A03 74.2±8.5% señalando que los espacios virtuales limitan el desarrollo e integración de estudiantes bilingües.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O objetivo foi analisar a gestão de 156 gestores de instituições rurais peruanas de educação intercultural bilíngue durante três anos (A01,02.03) em confinamento devido à Covid-19, abrangendo políticas linguísticas pluralistas e democráticas (D1), desenvolvimento das potencialidades dos alunos (D2) e espaços virtuais multilíngues e multiculturais (D3). Foram avaliadas análises fatoriais exploratórias, confirmatórias e ANOVA. Os resultados demonstram: validade do instrumento, consistência de suas correlações e análise de variância. Em D1 para A01 59,4±10,5%, para A02 65,4±10,9% e para A03 70,2±11,6% evidenciando uma implementação inadequada de políticas linguísticas pluralistas e democráticas. Em D2 para A01 75,1±4,6%, para A02 58,5±6,5% e para A03 75,0±7,9%, demonstrando que os modelos educacionais multilíngues não integram nem permitem o desenvolvimento do potencial dos alunos. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective was to analyze the management of 156 managers of rural Peruvian institutions of intercultural bilingual education for three years (A01,02.03) in confinement due to Covid-19, covering pluralistic and democratic linguistic policies (D1), development of students' potentialities (D2) and multilingual and multicultural virtual spaces (D3).
