Bajo esta premisa, el objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar la producción colaborativa de ensayos, a través de Google Docs. Participaron 32 profesores en formación de pedagogía en educación básica, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Desarrollado bajo un enfoque mixto, el estudio tuvo un alcance descriptivo. La recogida de datos se efectuó por medio de tres procedimientos: la observación y registro de las interacciones, el análisis de la retroalimentación virtual y el análisis de las respuestas a un cuestionario online. Entre los principales hallazgos, se encuentran dificultades para organizar eficientemente los tiempos, impedimentos para consensuar puntos de vista, obstáculos para tomar decisiones en entornos no presenciales y limitaciones para la selección de la información, para la elección de argumentos incorporados en el ensayo y para la realización de reflexiones grupales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The implementation of writing through digital tools is an important challenge for the teaching-learning process. Under this premise, the general objective of the research was to analyze the collaborative production of essays, through Google Docs. 32 teachers in training of pedagogy in basic education participated, selected through intentional non-probabilistic sampling. Developed under a mixed approach, the study had a descriptive scope. The data collection was carried out through three procedures: observation and recording of interactions, analysis of virtual feedback and analysis of responses to an online questionnaire. Among the main findings are difficulties to organize time efficiently, impediments to agree on points of view, obstacles to making decisions in remote environments and limitations for the selection of information, for the choice of arguments incorporated in the essay and for the group reflections.]]></p></abstract>

Sob essa premissa, o objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar a produção colaborativa de ensaios, por meio do Google Docs. Participaram 32 professores em formação de pedagogia em educação básica, selecionados através de amostragem não probabilística intencional. Desenvolvido sob abordagem mista, o estudo teve um escopo descritivo. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de três procedimentos: observação e registro das interações, análise do feedback virtual e análise das respostas a um questionário online. Entre os principais resultados estão dificuldades na organização eficiente do tempo, impedimentos para concordar sobre pontos de vista, obstáculos para a tomada de decisões em ambientes não presenciais e limitações para a seleção da informação, para a escolha de argumentos incorporados na redação e para a realização de reflexões em grupo.]]></p></abstract>
