Para la examinación de las prácticas de colaboración se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a directivos y grupos focales a jefes de departamentos, jefes de especialidades y docentes de formación general y diferenciada y se aplicó el cuestionario de Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS). Para la identificación de los patrones de liderazgo distribuido, se aplicó el Cuestionario Multidimensional de Liderazgo Distribuido (CMLD). Se concluye que en los tres casos estudiados se observa una alta valoración al trabajo colaborativo y a las prácticas de liderazgo distribuido en su gestión. Asimismo, tanto directivos como docentes muestran una tendencia a pensar en la mejora como un proceso conjunto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this article is to examine the collaborative practices, distributed leadership patterns and collaborative culture in three secondary vocational technical education centers in Chile, which show a sustained trajectory of school improvement. For the examination of collaborative practices, semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers and focus groups with heads of departments, heads of specialties and teachers of general and differentiated education, and the Social Network Analysis questionnaire (SNA) was applied. For the identification of distributed leadership patterns, the Multidimensional Questionnaire of Distributed Leadership (CMLD) was applied. It is concluded that in the three cases studied there is a high valuation of collaborative work and distributed leadership practices in their management. Likewise, both managers and teachers show a tendency to think of improvement as a joint process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo examinar as práticas colaborativas, os padrões de liderança distribuída e a cultura colaborativa em três escolas de ensino médio profissionalizante no Chile, que apresentam uma trajetória sustentada de melhoria escolar. Para o exame das práticas colaborativas, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com gerentes e grupos focais com chefes de departamentos, chefes de especialidades e professores de educação geral e diferenciada, e foi aplicado o questionário Social Network Analysis (SNA). Para a identificação dos padrões de liderança distribuída, foi aplicado o Questionário Multidimensional de Liderança Distribuída (CMLD). Conclui-se que, nos três casos estudados, há uma alta valorização do trabalho colaborativo e das práticas de liderança distribuída em sua gestão. Da mesma forma, tanto os gerentes quanto os professores mostram uma tendência a pensar no aprimoramento como um processo conjunto.]]></p></abstract>
