Assim sendo, o objetivo deste artigo consistiu em avaliar a execução das políticas de valorização do magistério pelas redes e pelos sistemas de ensino brasileiras, especificamente aquelas que dizem respeito ao ingresso no magistério, ao piso salarial e aos planos de carreira. Esses três elementos compõem o que se denomina de tripé constitucional de valorização do magistério, mas que tem se convertido no tripé da precarização. O estudo, de abordagem qualitativa, realizou um levantamento e análise de dados oficiais da Educação Básica divulgados pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), especificamente as Sinopses Estatísticas da Educação Básica e o Relatório do 4º Ciclo de Monitoramento das Metas do Plano Nacional de Educação (2014-2024). Os resultados evidenciam avanços nas políticas de valorização do magistério, mas ainda encontram obstáculos para efetivação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract There is a consensus that the appreciation of the teaching profession has a direct impact on improving the quality of teaching and public education. Thus, the aim of this article was to evaluate the implementation of teacher appreciation policies by Brazilian educational networks and systems, specifically those related to entry into the teaching profession, salary floor, and career plans. These three elements make up what is known as the constitutional tripod of teacher appreciation, but it has increasingly turned into a tripod of precarization. The study, of a qualitative approach, carried out a survey and analysis of official Basic Education data published by the National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP), specifically the Statistical Synopses of Basic Education and the Report of the 4th Cycle of Monitoring the Goals of the National Education Plan (2014-2024). The results highlight advances in teacher appreciation policies, but they still face obstacles to effective implementation.]]></p></abstract>

Así, el objetivo de este artículo consistió en evaluar la ejecución de políticas de valorización del magisterio por las redes y por los sistemas de enseñanza brasileños, específicamente aquellas relacionadas con el ingreso al magisterio, el piso salarial y los planes de carrera.
