Os programas analisados são: o Plano de Desenvolvimento da Escola (PDE), o Programa Dinheiro Direto na Escola (PDDE) e o Programa de Fortalecimento dos Conselhos Escolares. O texto sublinha que as disputas entre concepções de gestão educacional e a retomada do modelo democrático dependem do financiamento da educação. O artigo encerra-se com uma análise dessas disputas políticas existentes no campo da gestão que reproduzem no plano educacional as contradições entre projetos antagônicos de sociabilidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The article intends to evaluate the National Education Plan and especially identify the different conceptions of educational management present in Law nº 10.172 as well as analyze the existing disputes in this field to consolidate one of the options as a public policy. The chosen programs were: PDE - Plan of School Development; PDDE - Program Money Directly in the School and the Program to Strengthen School Councils. The text will emphasize that the disputes between the conception of educational management and the return to the democratic model depend on the financing of education. The article ends up with an analysis of the political disputes that take place in the management field that reproduce in education all the contradictions in antagonistic projects of sociability.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Cet article prétend évaluer le Plan National d’Education, spécialement identifier les différentes conceptions de gestion éducationnelle présentes dans la Loi n. 10.172 et analyser les disputes qui existent pour consolider une conception déterminée comme politique publique. Les programmes choisis pour être analysés sont : le Plan National d’Education (PDE), le Programme Argent Directement dans l’École (PDDE) et le Programme de Fortification des Conseils Scolaires. Le texte soulignera que les disputes entre les conceptions de gestion éducationnelle et la reprise du modèle démocratique dépendent du financement de l’éducation. Cet article termine avec une analyse des disputes politiques existantes dans le champs de la gestion qui reproduisent sur le plan éducationnel les contradictions entre les projets antagoniques de sociabilité.]]></p></abstract>

Los programas escogidos para análisis son: el Plan de desarrollo de la escuela (PDE), el Programa dinero directo en la escuela (PDDE) y el Programa de fortalecimiento de los consejos escolares. El texto destaca que las disputas entre concepciones de gestión educacional y la retomada del modelo democrático dependen del financiamiento de la educación.
