Os dados revelaram que, na institui&#231;&#227;o pesquisada, as identidades profissionais se constroem, contraditoriamente, entrecruzando insatisfa&#231;&#227;o profissional, decorrente da precariedade das condi&#231;&#245;es de trabalho, e satisfa&#231;&#227;o profissional relacionada ao ambiente de trabalho e &#224; autonomia profissional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper summarizes results of research analyzing the constituent elements of professional identities of professors at the State University of Minas Gerais, triangulating data from questionnaires and interviews conducted in narrative format, with documental analysis. The data revealed that, in the institution researched; professional identities are built contradictorily, interlacing professional dissatisfaction, due to precarious working conditions, and professional satisfaction, resulting from the work environment and professional autonomy.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En este art&#237;culo se sintetizan resultados de un estudio que analiz&#243; los elementos constitutivos de las identidades profesionales de los profesores de la "Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais", triangulando datos de los cuestionarios y entrevistas narrativas aplicadas a los docentes, con el an&#225;lisis de documentos. Los datos revelaron que en la instituci&#243;n investigada las identidades laborales se construyen, contradictoriamente, entrecruzando insatisfacci&#243;n laboral, debido a la precariedad de las condiciones de trabajo, y la satisfacci&#243;n profesional relacionada con el ambiente de trabajo y con la autonom&#237;a profesional.]]></p></abstract>
