Nossa abordagem de pesquisa &#233; qualitativa e o m&#233;todo de natureza explorat&#243;ria. A coleta de dados consistiu numa sondagem com professores de dois cursos: pedagogia e m&#250;sica. Os principais resultados demonstram que: a) os professores comungam de concep&#231;&#245;es pedag&#243;gicas cr&#237;ticas; b) n&#227;o reconhecem claramente os saberes pedag&#243;gicos que mobilizam e possuem uma compreens&#227;o incipiente acerca de sua fun&#231;&#227;o sobre a profissionalidade docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This qualitative exploratory research is aimed at understanding the relations involving mediation through teaching in a university context. It seeks to identify whether and how teachers define educational knowledge, and how they apply it in the development of professionalism in future licensed teachers. The data were collected through a survey applied to professors from two courses: education and music. The main results show that: a) professors share critical conceptions of education; b) professors do not clearly recognize the educational knowledge they mobilize, and have an incipient understanding of what it is to teach professionalism.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Esta investigaci&#243;n exploratoria tiene como objetivo comprender las relaciones que implican la mediaci&#243;n did&#225;ctica en un contexto universitario, buscando identificar si y c&#243;mo los maestros definen el conocimiento pedag&#243;gico en el desarrollo de la profesionalidad de los futuros maestros. La recolecci&#243;n de datos consisti&#243; en una encuesta con los maestros de dos cursos: pedagog&#237;a y m&#250;sica. Los principales resultados muestran que: a) los profesores comparten epistemolog&#237;as y concepciones pedag&#243;gicas cr&#237;ticas; b) no reconocen claramente el conocimiento pedag&#243;gico que movilizan y tienen una comprensi&#243;n incompleta de lo que es la profesionalidad docente.]]></p></abstract>
