Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, tendo como universo 37 educadores-bacharéis que atuam em uma universidade pública do Nordeste brasileiro. Concluiu-se que a constituição do educador-bacharel para a educação superior necessita alinhar-se aos saberes docentes para a relação educador-educando e uma atuação que posicione o educando no cerne do processo educativo, por meio da valorização deste com suas diferenças, necessidades, dificuldades e anseios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los saberes docentes articulados en la actuación del educador-bachiller, en la perspectiva de la ética de la alteridad radical. Se realizó una investigación cualitativa y descriptiva, teniendo como universo 37 educadores-bachilleres que actúan en una universidad pública del Nordeste. Se concluyó que la constitución del educador-bachiller para la educación superior necesita alinearse a los saberes docentes para la relación entre educador y educando. Esto implica una actuación que sitúe al educando en el centro del proceso educativo, por medio de la valorización del educando con sus diferencias, necesidades, dificultades y anhelos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to analyse the teacher&#8217;s knowledge articulated in the acting to the educator-bachelor, in the perspective of the ethics of the radical alterity. A qualitative and descriptive investigation articulated in the acting universe 37 educators-bachelor who work at a public university in the Brazilian Northeast. It was concluded that the constitution of the educator-bachelor for higher education needs to align itself with the teaching knowledge for the relationship between educator-teaching and an action that positions teaching at the heart of the educational process, through the appreciation of the teaching with their differences, needs, difficulties and yearnings.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cet article vise à analyser les connaissances pédagogiques articulées dans la performance de l'éducateur-bachelier, sous l'angle de l'éthique de l'altérité radicale. Une recherche qualitative et descriptive a été menée, ayant pour univers 37 éducateurs-bacheliers qui travaillent dans une université publique du nord-est du Brésil. Il a été conclu que la constitution de l'éducateur-bachelier pour l'enseignement supérieur doit s'aligner sur les connaissances pédagogiques pour la relation éducateur-étudiant et une action qui place l'étudiant au c&#339;ur du processus éducatif, en valorisant l'étudiant avec ses différences, besoins, difficultés et désirs.]]></p></abstract>
