Buscou-se, por meio de um ensaio teórico, fundamentar as compreensões de prática nas ciências sociais de modo geral e as representações ligadas ao conceito de epistemologia da prática, perpassando parte de suas origens, críticas e perspectivas atuais. Conclui-se que é necessário fomentar o desenvolvimento de pesquisas sobre o conceito de epistemologia da prática, cujo paradigma analítico apresenta potenciais de contribuição para o desenvolvimento da prática pedagógica e da produção de saberes no campo educativo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar algunas de las potencialidades, limitaciones, desafíos y perspectivas relacionadas con el concepto de epistemología de la práctica en el campo educativo. Buscamos, a través de un ensayo teórico, fundamentar la comprensión de la práctica en las ciencias sociales en general y las representaciones vinculadas al concepto de epistemología de la práctica, recorriendo parte de sus orígenes, críticas y perspectivas actuales. Se concluye que es necesario incentivar el desarrollo de investigaciones sobre el concepto de epistemología de la práctica, cuyo paradigma analítico tiene potencialidades para contribuir al desarrollo de la práctica pedagógica y la producción de conocimiento en el campo educativo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aimed to analyze some of the potentialities, limitations, challenges and perspectives related to the concept of epistemology of practice in the educational field. We sought, through a theoretical essay, to substantiate the understanding of practice in the social sciences in general and the representations linked to the concept of epistemology of practice, traversing part of its origins, criticisms and current perspectives. It is concluded that it is necessary to encourage the development of research on the concept of epistemology of practice, whose analytical paradigm has potential to contribute to the development of pedagogical practice and the production of knowledge in the educational field.]]></p></abstract>
