O educador que atua na creche vivencia alguns conflitos sobre a maternagem dos bebês. Diante disso, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura, entre os anos de 2002 e 2016, com o objetivo de apresentar a contribuição dos conceitos psicanalíticos para definir a função do cuidador/educador na creche. Quatorze publicações, que se enquadram nas questões da presente pesquisa, foram utilizadas como referência. A maioria dos estudos analisados destacaram a importância da primeira infância na constituição do aparelho psíquico a partir dos conceitos psicanalíticos fundantes. Sendo assim, infere-se que o cuidador/educador na creche é um mediador na constituição psíquica do bebê, inserindo a criança no campo da linguagem e operando na função materna e paterna.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The nursery is a privileged space for child development and involves questions about mother-baby separation. The nursery teacher lives some conflicts about the maternal function in the work. We developed an integrative review of the literature between 2002 and 2016 to present the contribution of psychoanalytic concepts to define the role of the nursery teacher. This paper analyzed fourteen publications to answer the questions Most of the studies analyzed emphasized the importance of early childhood in the constitution of the psychic apparatus. The nursery teacher is a mediator in the baby&#8217;s psychic constitution, inserting the child into the language through maternal function and paternal function.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: La guardería es un espacio privilegiado para el desarrollo infantil e involucra cuestiones acerca de la separación entre madre y bebé. El educador vive, en su actuación en la guardería, algunos conflictos sobre el maternaje de los bebés. Se desarrolló una revisión integrativa de la literatura, entre los años 2002 y 2016, con el objetivo de presentar la contribución de los conceptos psicoanalíticos para definir la función del cuidador/educador en la guardería. Fueron utilizadas catorce publicaciones que se encuadran en la temática de la investigación. La mayoría de los estudios analizados destacaron la importancia de la primera infancia en la constitución del aparato psíquico del bebé, desde los conceptos psicoanalíticos fundamentales. El cuidador/educador es, en la guardería, un mediador en la constitución psíquica del niño, insertándole en el campo del lenguaje y operando en las funciones materna y paterna.]]></p></abstract>
