A partir dessa experiência, tomamos como questão o trabalho de educação-cuidado desenvolvido nas instituições de educação infantil e alguns atravessamentos de gênero, raça e classe que marcam essa profissão no Brasil. Para tanto, por meio de uma revisão narrativa de literatura, traçamos uma breve retomada histórica acerca da constituição da educação infantil nos contextos europeu e brasileiro e apresentamos trechos dos diários clínicos &#8211; materiais de registro adotados pelas pesquisadoras &#8211;extensionistas &#8211; que se articulam às questões discutidas. A partir desse processo de escrita, mostrou-se evidente a importância de considerar o trabalho das educadoras das escolas de educação infantil como uma confluência de aspectos históricos e sociais e como um panorama interseccional, permeado por atravessamentos de gênero, raça e classe, e por processos de desvalorização de diversas ordens.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article is an appendix to a research-extension project developed by the Nucleus of Studies in Psychoanalysis and Infancies with municipal nurseries from Porto Alegre. Based on this experience, we decided to investigate the education care work developed in kindergarten institutions and also how social markers such as gender, race and class can mark this profession in Brazil. For this purpose, we have done a brief historical summary of the constitution of the European and Brazilian kindergartens through a narrative revision of literature; furthermore, we have selected a few excerpts from clinicals diaries &#8211; registration materials adopted by the ones involved in the research-extension project &#8211; which relate with our investigation. Throughout that process, it has been shown the significance of considering the work done by nursery educators as a confluence of historical and social aspects and an intersectional panorama, permeated by gender, race, class and devaluation processes of diverse natures.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este escrito es un despliegue de un proyecto de investigación-extensión desarrollado por el Núcleo de Estudios en Psicoanálisis y Infancias con guarderías del Município de Porto Alegre. A partir de esta experiencia, surge especial interés sobre el trabajo de cuidado-educación desarrollado en las instituciones de educación infantil y algunas intersecciones entre género, raza y clase que marcan esta profesión en Brasil. Por este motivo y a través de una revisión narrativa de literatura, presentamos una breve revisión histórica sobre el surgimiento de la educación infantil en los contextos europeo y brasileño y seleccionamos fragmentos de diarios clínicos &#8211; materiales de registro adoptados por las investigadoras-extensionistas &#8211; los cuales tienen relación con los asuntos discutidos. A partir de este proceso de redacción, se hace evidente la importancia de considerar el trabajo de las educadoras de guardería como una confluencia de aspectos históricos y sociales, así como también un panorama interseccional permeado por cruces de género, raza y clase y por procesos de desvalorización de diversos tipos.]]></p></abstract>
