Com referenciais teórico-metodológicos bakhtinianos (em especial nas observações sobre as ciências humanas), tem como objetivo conectar três dimensões ligadas ao contexto dos desafios implicados com o reconhecimento do trabalho docente, aos princípios e às normativas referentes à ética em pesquisa e às estratégias de ação dirigidas à interação com a docência. Em diálogo com um grupo de pesquisas selecionadas, como resultados destaca-se a complexidade das discussões sobre produção de conhecimentos (com)partilhados entre pesquisadores e docentes no contexto do trabalho institucional. Com isso, problematiza-se as (in)visibilidades de autoria, em suas interfaces com a produção de (re)conhecimento social, no horizonte do direito à formação articulado à afirmação dos/as docentes e de seu trabalho (com e por suas próprias vozes) no bojo da luta pela expansão e qualificação da Educação Infantil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This study focuses on the approach to teaching in research, paying attention to the perspectives (with their procedures and instruments) of interaction with professionals and their work in Early Childhood Education. Therefore, drawing on Bakhtinian theoretical-methodological frameworks (especially in observations about the human sciences), the aim is to connect three dimensions related to the challenges involved in recognizing teaching work: the principles and regulations concerning ethics in research and the strategies of action directed towards interaction with teaching. In dialogue with a selected group of researches, the results highlight the complexity of discussions about the production of knowledge between researchers and teachers within the context of institutional work. Consequently, the study problematizes the (in)visibilities of authorship, particularly in their interfaces with the production of recognizing social, within the framework of the right to education articulated with the affirmation of teachers and their work (with and through their own voices), amidst the struggle for the expansion and enhancement of Early Childhood Education.]]></p></abstract>
