O grupo PRAPETEC optou por uma metodologia participante, em parceria com grupos de pesquisa que tinham como objeto de discuss&#227;o os Recursos Educacionais Abertos (REA). O desenvolvimento da pesquisa decorreu de uma parceria com a Open Research Community of Collaborative Open Learning, sob a coordena&#231;&#227;o da Dra. Alexandra Okada, denominado The OpenScout Project - Tool-Library, Open Educational Resources and Social Network: Co-learning and Professional Development. Suas a&#231;&#245;es objetivaram a coinvestiga&#231;&#227;o por meio da produ&#231;&#227;o de uma obra em formato e conte&#250;do REA. A pergunta problematizadora que deu origem a essa produ&#231;&#227;o coletiva foi assim enunciada: Como n&#243;s, pesquisadores acad&#234;micos, podemos tornar o nosso trabalho mais acess&#237;vel e reutiliz&#225;vel para qualquer leitor interessado em se tornar coautor? Este artigo relata a participa&#231;&#227;o da PUCPR no projeto Europeu Portal OpenScout Tool-Library, contribuindo com a investiga&#231;&#227;o sobre "Constru&#231;&#227;o coletiva do conhecimento: desafios da cocria&#231;&#227;o no paradigma da complexidade" realizando as atividades no grupo de pesquisa PRAPETEC. Este grupo al&#233;m de desenvolver o REA discutiu a evolu&#231;&#227;o das tecnologias de informa&#231;&#227;o e comunica&#231;&#227;o no s&#233;culo XXI, mais especialmente, as mudan&#231;as da ci&#234;ncia e da educa&#231;&#227;o frente &#224;s exig&#234;ncias do paradigma da complexidade, que exige uma nova vis&#227;o de homem, de sociedade e de mundo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper reports on research conducted from 2013 to 2014 by the research group Teaching Practice in Traditional and Distance Learning: Methodologies and Innovative Learning Resources (PRAPETEC), from the Post-Graduate Program in Education at PUCPR. PRAPETEC practitioners, in partnership with research groups discussing Open Educational Resources (OER), opted for the participatory research methodology in this project. This research was developed due to a joint venture with the Open Research Community of Collaborative Open Learning, The OpenScout Project - Tool-Library, Open Educational Resources and Social Network: Co-learning and Professional Development under the coordination of Dr. Alexandra Okada. The actions aimed at a co-investigation by means of the production of a piece of work with an OER content and form. The research question that gave rise to this collective production was: How can we, academic researchers, make our work more accessible and reusable for any reader interested in becoming a co-author? This article reports on the participation of PUCPR in the European Portal OpenScout Tool-Library project, and it contributes to our investigation on "Collective Knowledge Construction: challenges on the co-creation in the complexity paradigm" from the PRAPETEC research group. Besides producing the OER, we discuss the developments in Information and Communication Technologies in the XXI century, with special focus on the changes in science and education related to the demands of the complexity paradigm which requires a new perspective of man, society and the world.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En este trabajo se presenta el informe de las actividades desarrolladas en la investigaci&#243;n realizada en la Pontificia Universidad Cat&#243;lica de Paran&#225; (PUCPR), 2013-2014, como parte de las actividades del grupo de investigaci&#243;n: Ense&#241;anza Pr&#225;ctica de Aprendizaje Presenciale y a Distancia: Metodolog&#237;as Innovadoras y Recursos de Aprendizaje (PRAPETEC), del Programa de Posgrado en Educaci&#243;n. El grupo PRAPETEC opt&#243; por una metodolog&#237;a participante en colaboraci&#243;n con grupos de investigaci&#243;n que ten&#237;an como objeto de discusi&#243;n los Recursos Educacionales Abiertos (REA). El desarrollo de la investigaci&#243;n result&#243; de una alianza con la Open Research Community of Collaborative Open Learning, bajo la coordinaci&#243;n del Dr. Alexandra Okada y llam&#243; The OpenScout Project - Tool-Library, Open Educational Resources and Social Network: Co-learning and Professional Development. Las acciones dirigidas a coinvestigaci&#243;n a trav&#233;s de la producci&#243;n de una obra en el formato y el contenido REA. La pregunta de investigaci&#243;n que dio origen a esta producci&#243;n colectiva fue establecida as&#237;: Al igual que nosotros, los investigadores acad&#233;micos, podemos hacer nuestro trabajo m&#225;s accesible y reutilizable para cualquier lector interesado en ser co-autor? En este art&#237;culo se reporta la participaci&#243;n de la PUCPR en el proyecto Europeu Portal OpenScout Tool-Library, contribuyendo a la investigaci&#243;n de "conocimiento colectivo de la construcci&#243;n: la co-creaci&#243;n de los desaf&#237;os en el paradigma de la complejidad" la realizaci&#243;n de actividades en grupo de investigaci&#243;n PRAPETEC. Este grupo adem&#225;s de desarrollarla REA discuti&#243; la evoluci&#243;n de las tecnolog&#237;as de informaci&#243;n y comunicaci&#243;n en el siglo XXI, pero sobre todo, los cambios en la ciencia y la educaci&#243;n y los requisitos del paradigma de la complejidad que requiere una nueva visi&#243;n del hombre, dela sociedad y del mundo.]]></p></abstract>
