Neste cenário, um desafio para o docente: como agir de modo eficaz junto aos alunos para que estes se formem profissionais competentes para o século XXI? Este é o objetivo deste artigo: responder a esse desafio, nos baseando em estudos teóricos sobre inovações no ensino superior, em nossas experiências de docência nas últimas décadas, em orientações de pesquisas de mestrado e doutorado defendidas sobre projetos curriculares inovadores e formação de professores para agirem em tais projetos. As trilhas percorridas se entrelaçaram com estudos teóricos de autores como Sacristán (1998), Cunha (1998, 2009), Arroyo (2000), Zabalza (2004), Perrenoud (2013); com o exercício de práticas docentes e pesquisas de campo realizadas e publicadas em artigos e livros por Masetto (1992, 2010a, 2010b, 2018) e por Gaeta e Masetto, (2013), apresentadas em trabalhos e congressos nacionais e internacionais. Quatro trilhas comporão nossas reflexões e análises: a primeira, voltada para a necessária abertura do professor para as inovações atuais no ensino superior brasileiro; a segunda, resgatando a característica da profissionalidade na atuação docente; a terceira destacando o trabalho em equipe do corpo docente e, a quarta, evidenciando a construção de um agir docente competente em situações de sala de aula.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Since the beginning of this century, the Brazilian university has been involved in innovations that affect curricular paradigms, the dynamization of university classes through active methodologies, the arrival of the student who, in the words of Veen and Vrakking (2009) presents himself as a &#8220; homo zappiens &#8221;connected with numerous groups of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram. In this scenario, a challenge for the teacher: how to act effectively with students so that they become competent professionals for the 21st century? This is the objective of this article: to respond to this challenge, based on theoretical studies on innovations in higher education, on our teaching experiences in the last decades, on guidelines for master's and doctoral research defended on innovative curricular projects and teacher training for act on such projects. The trails covered are intertwined with theoretical studies by authors such as Sacristán (1998), Cunha (1998, 2009), Arroyo (2000), Zabalza (2004), Perrenoud (2013); with the exercise of teaching practices and field research conducted and published in articles and books by Masetto (1992, 2003, 2010, 2018) and by Gaeta and Masetto, (2013), presented in national and international works and congresses. Four tracks will compose our reflections and analyzes: the first, focused on the necessary opening of the teacher to the current innovations in Brazilian higher education; the second, rescuing the characteristic of professionalism in teaching; the third highlighting the teamwork; the fourth, showing the construction of a competent teaching action in classroom situations.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Desde el comienzo de este siglo, la universidad brasileña ha estado involucrada en innovaciones que afectan los paradigmas curriculares, la dinamización de las clases universitarias a través de metodologías activas, la llegada del estudiante que, en palabras de Veen y Vrakking (2009) se presenta como un " homo zappiens&#8221; conectado con numerosos grupos de WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram. En este escenario, un desafío para el maestro: ¿cómo actuar eficazmente con los estudiantes para que se conviertan en profesionales competentes para el siglo XXI? Este es el objetivo de este artículo: responder a este desafío, basado en estudios teóricos sobre innovaciones en la educación superior, en nuestras experiencias docentes en las últimas décadas, en pautas para la investigación de maestría y doctorado defendida en proyectos curriculares innovadores y capacitación docente para actuar en tales proyectos. Los senderos cubiertos están entrelazados con estudios teóricos de autores como Sacristán (1998), Cunha (1998, 2009), Arroyo (2000), Zabalza (2004), Perrenoud (2013); con el ejercicio de prácticas docentes e investigaciones de campo realizadas y publicadas en artículos y libros por Masetto (1992, 2003, 2010, 2018) y por Gaeta y Masetto, (2013), presentados en trabajos y congresos nacionales e internacionales. Cuatro pistas compondrán nuestras reflexiones y análisis: el primero, centrado en la apertura necesaria del profesor a las innovaciones actuales en la educación superior brasileña; el segundo, rescatando la característica de profesionalismo en la enseñanza; el tercero destaca el trabajo en equipo del equipo; la cuarta, que muestra la construcción de una acción docente competente en situaciones de aula.]]></p></abstract>
