No plano metodológico, caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, de cunho exploratório e caráter descritivo, adotando a entrevista semiestruturada como estratégia principal para a coleta e construção de dados, contando com a participação de estudantes de comunidades indígenas e de várzea. Como resultado, revela que a tecnologia assumiu diferentes significados e funções, tais como: ferramenta de sociabilidade, meio para a realização de pesquisas e busca por informação, além de recurso aliado a ações de conservação ambiental.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this article is to understand the limits and possibilities of environmental education schools in riverside actions in the Amazon region within the scope of the Citizen Science Project for the Amazon (CSPA). At the methodological level, it is characterized as a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, adopting a semi-structured interview as the main strategy for data collection and construction, with the participation of students from riverside and indigenous communities. As a result, the observation of a technology in addition to different meanings and functions, such as: a sociability tool, a means to carry out research and search for information, resources related to environmental conservation actions.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo de este artículo es comprender los límites y posibilidades de las tecnologías en acciones de Educación Ambiental en escuelas ribereñas de la región amazónica en el ámbito del Proyecto Ciencia Ciudadana para la Amazonía (CCPA). A nivel metodológico se caracteriza por ser una investigación cualitativa, de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo, adoptando la entrevista semiestructurada como principal estrategia de recolección y construcción de datos, con la participación de estudiantes ribereños e indígenas. Como resultado, observa que la tecnología ha asumido diferentes significados y funciones, tales como: herramienta de sociabilidad, medio para realizar investigaciones y búsqueda de información, así como recurso aliado en acciones de conservación ambiental.]]></p></abstract>
