O estudo teve como foco compreender a temática da aprendizagem da docência iniciante na área da saúde em contextos emergentes. Configurou-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, com a abordagem narrativa sociocultural, e a produção dos dados se deu por meio de entrevistas narrativas a partir de tópicos guia. Nos achados ficou evidente a necessidade de implementação de ações de acolhimento aos docentes iniciantes, nesta fase que é de muitas dúvidas e incertezas. E como desdobramento da pesquisa, construiu-se um protótipo de página de acolhimento aos docentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article is an excerpt from a research developed at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), with beginning professors at the Health Sciences Center. The study focused on understanding the theme of learning from beginning teachers in the area of health in emerging contexts. It was configured as a qualitative research, with a sociocultural narrative approach, and the production of data took place through narrative interviews based on guiding topics. In the findings, it was evident the need to implement welcoming actions for beginning teachers, in this phase of many doubts and uncertainties. And as a result of the research, a prototype of a page was built to welcome teachers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo es un extracto de una investigación desarrollada en la Universidad Federal de Santa María (UFSM), con profesores principiantes del Centro de Ciencias de la Salud. El estudio se centró en la comprensión del tema del aprendizaje de los docentes principiantes en el área de la salud en contextos emergentes. Se configuró como una investigación cualitativa, con un enfoque narrativo sociocultural, y la producción de datos se realizó a través de entrevistas narrativas basadas en temas guía. En los hallazgos, se evidenció la necesidad de implementar acciones de acogida para docentes principiantes, en esta fase de muchas dudas e incertidumbres. Y como resultado de la investigación, se construyó un prototipo de página para dar la bienvenida a los docentes.]]></p></abstract>
