Objetivamos demonstrar que a DSI, um corpo doutrinário da Igreja Católica, impregnado de um humanismo solidário, pode servir de inspiração e paradigma à gestão às IES no Brasil. A metodologia utilizada é a abordagem qualitativa com revisão bibliográfica e documental, cujo referencial teórico está baseado em Paro (2016), Síveres (2007), Vieira (1997), Lück (2006), Libâneo (2002), entre outros. Além disso, fomos inspirados pelo patrimônio do Magistério da Igreja, o projeto educativo de Francisco (Sayago, 2019). As considerações finais impulsionam repensarmos uma nova agenda para o gerenciamento na educação, unindo as forças de toda a sociedade em renovar a paixão pelo ensino. À guisa de conclusão, a DSI pode colaborar no processo de humanização da gestão das IES no Brasil, rompendo todas as fronteiras em favor de uma grande aliança educacional que reconstrua o tecido das relações educacionais, impregnando nas IES um humanismo solidário pautado no bem comum.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Observing the current scenario regarding social, economic and political issues, in which positions are intensified in the shadow of a world closed to dialogue, we investigate the issue of the Social Doctrine of the Church (SDC) as a driver of a new paradigm of humanizing management for Higher Education Institutions in Brazil (HEIs). We aim to demonstrate that the SDC, a doctrinal body of the Catholic Church, imbued with a spirit of solidarity , can serve as an inspiration and paradigm for the management of HEIs in Brazil. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a bibliographic and documentary review, whose theoretical framework is based on Paro (2016), Síveres (2007), Vieira (1997), Lück (2006), Libâneo (2002), among others. Additionally, we were inspired by patrimony of the Church&#8217;s Magisterium and the educational project of Francis (Sayago, 2019). The final considerations encourage us to rethink a new agenda for educational management, joining the forces of the entire society in renewing the passion for teaching. By way of conclusion, the SDC can collaborate in the process of humanizing the management of HEIs in Brazil, breaking all kinds of boundaries in favor of a great educational alliance that rebuilds the fabric of educational relationships, impregnating in HEIs with a solidarity-based humanism, guided by the common good.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Observando el escenario actual de las cuestiones sociales, económicas y políticas, en el que se agudizan las posiciones a la sombra de un mundo cerrado al diálogo, investigamos el problema de la Doctrina Social de la Iglesia - DSI, como impulsadora de un nuevo paradigma de gestión humanizadora para las instituciones de enseñanza superior en Brasil - IES. Nuestro objetivo es demostrar que la DSI, cuerpo doctrinal de la Iglesia Católica, impregnada de un humanista solidario, puede servir de inspiración y paradigma para la gestión de las IES en Brasil. La metodología utilizada es un abordaje cualitativo con revisión bibliográfica y documental, cuyo marco teórico se basa en Paro (2016), Síveres (2007), Vieira (1997), Lück (2006), Libâneo (2002), entre otros. Además, inspirándonos en el patrimonio del Magisterio de la Iglesia, el proyecto educativo de Francisco (Sayago, 2019). Las consideraciones finales impulsan repensarnos una nueva agenda para la gestión educativa, uniendo esfuerzos de la sociedad en su conjunto en renovar su pasión por la educación. En conclusión, la DSI puede colaborar en el proceso de humanización de la gestión de las IES en Brasil, rompiendo todo tipo de fronteras a favor de una gran alianza educativa que reconstruya el tejido de relaciones educativas, impregnando a las IES de un humanismo solidario, basado en el bien común.]]></p></abstract>
