<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1981-81062011000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1981-81062011000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1981-81062011000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[O presente artigo estabelece relações entre as atuais formas de organização do trabalho na escola e as mudanças que ocorreram no âmbito do trabalho estruturado sob a forma contemporânea de produção capitalista tendo em vista que as reformas educacionais que ocorreram no Brasil durante a década de 1990 foram muito influenciadas por tais mudanças. Parte dessas influências ocorreu no âmbito da gestão escolar com base na articulação funcional entre centralização e descentralização e na adoção do modelo gerencial, provocando o surgimento de novas formas de organização do trabalho na escola. Esse processo tem resultado em intensificação e proletarização do trabalho docente e em responsabilização dos profissionais que atuam na escola pelos sucessos e fracassos na implementação de reformas. Provoca também resistências e dissimulações, adesões deliberadas ou conformistas, as quais podem motivar conflitos. Em função disso são discutidas as proposições de Ball a respeito da micropolítica da escola.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The article discusses the relationships between the present forms of work organization in schools and the changes that took place in the work organization on contemporary capitalism since those changes played a strong influence on the Brazilian educational reform of the 90’s. The school administration was very much affected by it on the basis of a functional articulation involving centralization/decentralization strategies and the adoption of a managerial model of work organization. The result is the intensification and the relative loss of control of teachers over their own work and, at the same time, being made responsible for the success or the failure of the reform implementation. This also causes resistances, dissimulations, and the deliberate or the conformist adhesions, which can motivate conflicts. For this reason it is discussed the Ball’s propositions regarding the micro-politics of the school.]]></p></abstract>
