Portanto, no que tange &#224; trajet&#243;ria formativa, a variedade de estudos e de publica&#231;&#245;es sobre a vida dos professores e as trajet&#243;rias de forma&#231;&#227;o, com base na utiliza&#231;&#227;o de biografias, revela-se de importante valor, pois favorece recolocar os professores como tema central do debate sobre as pesquisas educacionais. Atrav&#233;s da metodologia de pesquisa bibliogr&#225;fica, o presente artigo suscita a seguinte reflex&#227;o: qual &#233;, efetivamente, a import&#226;ncia da abordagem das hist&#243;rias de vida para a forma&#231;&#227;o de professores e para as pesquisas em hist&#243;ria da educa&#231;&#227;o? Busca-se, portanto, discutir essa quest&#227;o apontando que o uso da abordagem das hist&#243;rias de vida como metodologia privilegia a coleta de informa&#231;&#245;es contidas na vida pessoal, n&#227;o se tratando de mera descri&#231;&#227;o de fatos, mas um esfor&#231;o de reconstru&#231;&#227;o da mem&#243;ria, atribuindo novos sentidos. E, por fim, constatar que n&#227;o &#233; poss&#237;vel falar de educa&#231;&#227;o sem aprofundar quest&#245;es relativas aos sujeitos desse processo, que a fizeram e pensaram, bem como a realidade educacional que viveram, e, assim, contribuir de modo significativo com pesquisas no &#226;mbito da educa&#231;&#227;o. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  The increasing approach to the autobiographic method or life stories is due to the rise of interest in the subjectivity inherent in the exercise of the teaching role. Therefore, on the formative path, the variety of studies and publications on the lives of teachers and their training paths based on the use of biographies, proves to be of important value, since it favors replacing teachers as a central topic of the debate on educational research. Through bibliographical research methodology, this article raises the following reflection: What is, in fact, the importance of approaching the life stories for the teacher education and the studies in the history of education? One aim, therefore, to discuss this issue pointing out that the use of the approach of the life stories as methodology seeks to prioritize the gathering of information contained in personal life, not a mere fact description but a memory building effort, attributing new meanings. Noting that it is not possible to discuss education without delving into issues related to the subjects of this process, subjects who made it and thought about it, the educational reality they lived, and thus contribute significantly to education research.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  El creciente abordaje al m&#233;todo (auto)biogr&#225;fico, o historias de vida, se debe al surgimiento del inter&#233;s por la subjetividad inherente al ejercicio de la funci&#243;n de profesor. Por lo tanto, en lo que respecta a la trayectoria formativa, la variedad de estudios y publicaciones sobre la vida de los profesores y las trayectorias de formaci&#243;n, con base en la utilizaci&#243;n de biograf&#237;as, se revela de importante valor, pues favorece recolocar a los profesores como tema central del debate sobre las investigaciones educacionales. A trav&#233;s de la metodolog&#237;a de investigaci&#243;n bibliogr&#225;fica, el presente art&#237;culo suscita la siguiente reflexi&#243;n: &#191;Cu&#225;l es, efectivamente, la importancia del abordaje de las historias de vida para la formaci&#243;n de profesores y para las investigaciones en historia de la educaci&#243;n? Se procura, por lo tanto, discutir esa cuesti&#243;n apuntando que el uso del abordaje de las historias de vida como metodolog&#237;a evidencia privilegiar la recolecci&#243;n de informaciones contenidas en la vida personal, no trat&#225;ndose de una mera descripci&#243;n de hechos, sino de un esfuerzo de reconstrucci&#243;n de la memoria, atribuyendo nuevos sentidos. Constatamos que no es posible hablar de la educaci&#243;n sin profundizar cuestiones relativas a los sujetos de ese proceso, a qui&#233;n la hizo y la pens&#243;, la realidad educacional que vivieron, y as&#237;, contribuir de modo significativo para las investigaciones en educaci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
