Para tal, utilizaram-se, como fonte de registro, quatro etapas: (1) descrever aquilo que se faz; (2) informar o significado das ações; (3) confrontar, interrogando-se a si mesmo; e (4) reconstruir, pensar em como fazer diferente. Analisou-se por meio da codificação e categorização simples. Como resultado, foram verificados, ao longo dos registros, aspectos da aprendizagem pela análise da própria prática, dando destaque ao esforço de concretizar as ações esperadas de um docente e à contraposição com as apreensões de futuros professores. Dessa forma, foi possível perceber que houve relação entre as etapas do processo reflexivo, que se mostraram como possibilidade para sistematizar aquilo que a prática pedagógica traz no dia a dia do exercício da docência.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract It is an experience report that had as objective to present the reflective process of five trainees of Physical Education teaching education, during their interventions in the Practicum in High School. For this purpose, four stages were used as the source of registration: (1) to describe what is done, (2) inform the meaning of actions, (3) confronting, questioning oneself and (4) rebuilding, thinking about how to do differently and was used a simple coding and categorization process. As a result, it is pointed out that throughout the records one can observe aspects of learning to analyze one's own practice, highlighting the effort in concretizing the expected actions of a teacher and the contrast with the apprehensions of future teachers. In this way, it was possible to perceive that there was a relationship between the stages of the reflexive process and the same ones were shown as a possibility to systematize what the pedagogical practice brings in the day-to-day exercise of teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Se trata de un relato de experiencia que tuvo como objetivo presentar el proceso reflexivo de cinco aprendices de una Licenciatura en Educación Física, durante sus intervenciones en prácticas supervisadas en la escuela secundaria. Se utilizó como origen de registros para las reflexiones cuatro pasos: (1) describir lo que haces, (2) informar al significado de las acciones, (3) confrontar, interrogar a sí mismo y (4) reconstruir, pensar en cómo hacerlo diferente, y se utilizó un proceso de codificación y categorización sencilla. Como resultado, se tomó nota de los aspectos del aprendizaje para analizar su propia práctica, destacando el esfuerzo para realizar las acciones que se esperan de un maestro y el contraste con las contraposiciones de los futuros maestros. Por lo tanto, fue posible ver que había una relación entre las etapas del proceso de reflexión y la misma se mostró como una posibilidad de sistematizar lo que trae la práctica pedagógica en el ejercicio cotidiano de la enseñanza.]]></p></abstract>
