Neste contexto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar o processo de formação docente no curso de Mestrado em Administração, com o uso de metodologias ativas de aprendizagem, bem como descrever os resultados das práticas pedagógicas utilizadas na disciplina de Seminário de Docência. Esta pesquisa classifica-se como qualitativa, descritiva, desenvolvida a partir de um estudo de caso. Como resultados destaca-se que a Active Learning incentiva a autonomia do aluno para a construção do conhecimento e desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e comportamentais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The higher education institution must seek ways to help the teacher in the profession and implement educational programs with effective student engagement in learning. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyze the process of teacher training in the course of Master in Business Administration, with the use of active learning methodologies, and to describe the results of the practices used in the discipline of Teaching Seminar. This research is classified as qualitative, descriptive, developed from a case study. As a result, it stands out that Active Learning encourages student autonomy to build knowledge and develop technical and behavioral skills.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Las Instituciones de Enseñanza Superior, deben buscar medios para auxiliar al profesor en el ejercicio de la profesión, así como implantar programas de enseñanza con la efectiva participación del alumno en el aprendizaje. En este contexto, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar el proceso de formación docente en el curso de Maestría en Administración, con el uso de metodologías activas de aprendizaje, así como describir los resultados de las prácticas pedagógicas utilizadas en la disciplina de Seminario de Docencia. Esta investigación se clasifica como cualitativa, descriptiva, desarrollada a partir de un estudio de caso.
