O episódio suscita questionamentos, como as várias manifestações de gênero existentes, além de confrontar a questão da identidade sexual como sendo algo que está em construção durante o desenvolvimento do ser. As diversas abordagens de temas como gênero e identidade, tratadas de forma inusual em um produto imagético de amplo acesso ao público em geral, ajuda a trazer à tona as dinâmicas sociais que envolvem jovens e adultos. A maneira lúdica de tratar temas complexos e delicados como esse traz novas formas de acesso e abordagens. O enfoque recai sobre como a construção social, relacionada com as questões de gênero, é abordada de forma sutil, representativa e capaz de causar reflexões sobre os processos constitutivos educacionais durante a infância e a juventude que influenciam e envolvem a construção identitária dos indivíduos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this article is to analyze how the TV series Irmão do Jorel &#8211; especially the 25th episode of the 1st season: &#8220;Fúria e Poder sobre Rodas&#8221; &#8211; helps to understand the social dynamics that involve young people and adults in the constitution of their images. The episode raises questions, such as the various manifestations of existing gender, in addition to confronting the issue of sexual identity as something that is under construction during the development of being. The diverse approaches to themes such as gender and identity, treated in an unusual way in an image product with wide access to the general public, helps to bring to light the social dynamics that involve young people and adults. The playful way of dealing with complex and delicate topics like this, brings new forms of access and approaches. The focus is on how social construction, related to gender issues, is approached in a subtle, representative and capable of causing reflections way on educational constitutive processes during childhood and youth that influence and involve the identity construction of individuals.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El propósito de este artículo es analizar cómo la serie televisiva Irmão do Jorel &#8211; especialmente el episodio 25 de la primera temporada: &#8220;Fúria e Poder sobre Rodas&#8221; &#8211; ayuda a comprender la dinámica social que involucra a jóvenes y adultos en la constitución de sus imágenes. El episodio plantea preguntas, como las diversas manifestaciones de los géneros existentes, además de enfrentar el problema de la identidad sexual como algo que se está construyendo durante el desarrollo del ser. Los diversos enfoques de temas como el género y la identidad, tratados de manera inusual en un producto de imagen con amplio acceso al público en general, ayudan a sacar a la luz la dinámica social que involucra a jóvenes y adultos. La forma lúdica de tratar temas complejos y delicados como este, trayendo nuevas formas de acceso y enfoques. La atención se centra en cómo se aborda la construcción social, relacionada con las cuestiones de género, de manera sutil, representativa y capaz de provocar reflexiones sobre los procesos constitutivos educativos durante la infancia y la juventud que influyen e involucran la construcción de la identidad de los individuos.]]></p></abstract>
