A problematização partiu da dúvida se seria possível a um professor, tendo acesso às orientações sobre os princípios do DUA contidos no framework UDL do Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST), aplicá-las com sucesso. O framework UDL é considerado, pelo CAST, uma ferramenta completa para a implementação do DUA, pois oferece um conjunto de orientações e sugestões práticas que podem ser aplicadas a qualquer temática com a finalidade de garantir que todos os alunos tenham acesso a oportunidades de aprendizagem. Estudou-se o conteúdo do framework com o propósito de criar um plano de aula detalhado, configurando-se em pesquisa de caráter teórico-prático, que pôde produzir respostas à problematização inicial, aplicando as orientações como instrumento para analisar sua viabilidade. A partir do resultado da aplicação do framework sugere-se seu uso como recurso instrucional para apoiar formações iniciais e continuadas de professores sobre DUA.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents a theoretical discussion about planning and developing a class plan model based on the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Principles and Guidelines, an educational approach that aims to eliminate barriers to learning for all students. The questioning started from the doubt whether it would be possible for a teacher, having access to the guidelines on UDL principles contained in the UDL framework of the Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST), to apply them in a self-instructional way, as is published on the CAST website. The UDLframework is considered, by CAST, a complete tool for the implementation of the UDL as it offers a set of guidelines and practical suggestions that can be applied to any topic in order to ensure that all students have access to learning opportunities. Thus, this article presents the detailed structuring of the UDL framework guidelines in a class plan for the first cycle of Elementary School. It is a research with a theoretical-practical procedure, which was able to generate results capable of providing answers to the initial questioning, applying the guidelines as an instrument to analyze its feasibility. Based on the results of the application of the framework, its use as an instructional resource (translatable and adaptable) to support initial and continuing training of teachers on UDL is suggested.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El artículo presenta una discusión teórica cuyo objetivo fue planificar y desarrollar un modelo de plan de clase basado en los principios y directrices del diseño universal para el aprendizaje (DUA), del inglés universal design for learning (UDL), abordaje educativo que tiene como objetivo eliminar las barreras al aprendizaje para todos los estudiantes. El cuestionamiento partió de la duda de si sería posible que un docente, teniendo acceso a las orientaciones sobre principios del DUA contenidos en el framework UDL, del Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST), se los aplicara con éxito. El framework UDL es considerado, por CAST, una herramienta completa para la implementación del DUA, ya que ofrece un conjunto de orientaciones y sugerencias prácticas que se le pueden aplicar a cualquier tema para garantizar que todos los estudiantes tengan acceso a oportunidades de aprendizaje. Se há estudiado el contenido del framework com el prposito de crearse um plan de classe detallado que se configuró em investigsaciuón de carácter teórico-práctico, que logró generar resultados capaces contestar al cuestionamiento inicial, aplicándose las orientaciones como instrumento para analizar su factibilidad. Desde los resultados de la aplicación del framework, se sugiere su uso como recurso instruccional para apoyar la formación inicial y continuada de los docentes en DUA.]]></p></abstract>
