Não obstante esse efeito positivo, as mulheres negras têm sido afetadas interseccionalmente por violências produzidas ao longo do tempo (Kilomba, 2019). Entendendo as PAAs como política cultural, indagamos sobre a condição configuradora da presença de mulheres negras cotistas no ensino superior, problematizando processos culturais gerados no currículo de dois cursos de graduação, Pedagogia e Direito, em uma universidade pública. O objetivo que atravessa ambas as pesquisas é dar visibilidade a processos de significação de identidades, mais especificamente de mulheres negras cotistas, fazendo ressoar suas vozes a partir do por elas vivenciado. A análise ocorre sob orientação teórico-metodológica do ciclo de políticas (Ball et al., 1992; Ball et al., 2016) articulada à teoria de escrevivência de Evaristo (2017) por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com estudantes negras cotistas dos dois cursos. Exercitamos a escrevivência de movimentos subjetivos de insurgência de duas estudantes negras cotistas que se reposicionam enquanto mulheres negras nessa IES com práticas culturais que reverberam coletivamente em ações que significam e ressignificam suas presenças no currículo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Affirmative Action Policies (AAPs) have shown positive effects in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), where black students constitute the majority of the student body. Despite this positive effect, black women have been intersectionally affected by violence over time (Kilomba, 2019). Understanding AAPs as a cultural policy, we inquire about the configuring condition of the presence of affirmative action black women students in higher education, problematizing cultural processes generated in the curriculum of two undergraduate courses, Pedagogy and Law, at a public university. The objective that permeates both research studies is to give visibility to processes of signification of identities, more specifically of affirmative action black women quota students, making their voices resonate from the curriculum they experience. The analysis occurs under the theoretical-methodological orientation of the policy cycle (Ball et al., 1992; Ball et al., 2016), articulated with Evaristo&#8217;s theory of &#8220;escrevivência&#8221; (2017), through semi-structured interviews with afirmativa action black women students from both courses. We explore the &#8220;escrevivência&#8221; of subjective movements of insurgency of two affirmative action black women students, who reposition themselves as black women in this HEI, with cultural practices that reverberate collectively in actions that signify and resignify their presence in the curriculum.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Las Políticas de Acciones Afirmativas (PAAs) han demostrado efectos positivos en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), donde los/las estudiantes negros/as constituyen la mayoría del cuerpo estudiantil. A pesar de este efecto positivo, las mujeres negras han sido afectadas de manera interseccional por violencias producidas a lo largo del tiempo (Kilomba, 2019). Entendiendo las PAAs como política cultural, cuestionamos sobre la condición configuradora de la presencia de mujeres negras beneficiarias de acciones afirmativas en la educación superior, problematizando procesos culturales generados en el currículo de dos carreras de grado, Pedagogía y Derecho, en una universidad pública. El objetivo que atraviesa ambas investigaciones es dar visibilidad a procesos de significación de identidades, más específicamente de mujeres negras beneficiarias de acciones afirmativas, haciendo resonar sus voces desde lo que han vivido. El análisis se realiza bajo la orientación teórico-metodológica del ciclo de políticas (Ball et al., 1992; Ball et al., 2016) articulada con la teoría de &#8220;escrevivência&#8221; de Evaristo (2017) a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas con estudiantes negras beneficiarias de acciones afirmativas de los dos cursos. Ejercitamos la &#8220;escrevivência&#8221; de movimientos subjetivos de insurgencia de dos estudiantes negras beneficiarias de acciones afirmativas que se reubican como mujeres negras en esta IES con prácticas culturales que reverberan colectivamente en acciones que significan y resignifican sus presencias en el currículo.]]></p></abstract>
