A intensificação da crise do capital que aprofunda a precarização da força do trabalho e os conflitos políticos territoriais que provocam ações contrárias aos direitos de cidadania, aos direitos humanos e, em particular, ao direito à educação estão expressos nesta seção. Ao mesmo tempo em que se descrevem dificuldades materiais, xenofobia, descoberta do racismo, também se anunciam horizontes de possibilidades na produção de redes e movimentos de resistências organizadas na elaboração de políticas públicas para migrantes e refugiados que buscam produzir e reproduzir a vida nos espaços territoriais de destino. A escola, muito presente em cotidianos tanto de crianças e adolescentes quanto de jovens e adultos, seja pela educação básica ou no ensino superior, é a instituição que se faz mais constante nos estudos aqui apresentados. Também é pela escola/universidade que se problematiza a questão da língua, conceitualizações, ofertas e aprendizados do português bem como as múltiplas sociabilidades do contexto de migração e refúgio.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This text presents a thematic section that offers the reader a set of papers that have the migration as a common theme, in a mosaic of thematic, conceptual and methodological approaches. This section expresses the worsening of the capital crisis that deepens job insecurity and territorial political conflicts that cause actions contrary to the human rights and, in particular, the right to education. While material difficulties, xenophobia and racism are revealed, horizons of possibilities are also announced in the production of networks and organized resistance movements to ensure that there are public policies for migrants and refugees where they seek to produce and reproduce life after fleeing or moving. The school, very present in the daily life of children and adolescents as well as of young people and adults, whether through basic education or higher education, is the institution that becomes more constant in the studies gathered here. It is also through the school/university that the issue of language is problematized, as well as ways to offer possibilities for learning Portuguese and the multiple sociabilities in the context of migration and refuge.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este texto presenta un apartado temático que ofrece al lector un conjunto de obras que tienen como tema común la cuestión migratoria, en un mosaico de abordajes temáticos, conceptuales y metodológicos. En este apartado se expresa el recrudecimiento de la crisis del capital que profundiza la precariedad laboral y los conflictos políticos territoriales que provocan acciones contrarias a los derechos de ciudadanía, los derechos humanos y, en particular, el derecho a la educación. A la vez que se describen las dificultades materiales, la xenofobia, el descubrimiento del racismo, también se anuncian horizontes de posibilidades en la producción de redes y movimientos de resistencia organizados para asegurar que existan políticas públicas para migrantes y refugiados que buscan producir y reproducir la vida en espacios territoriales de destino. La escuela, muy presente en la vida cotidiana tanto de niños y adolescentes como de jóvenes y adultos, ya sea a través de la educación básica o de la educación superior, es la institución más presente en los estudios aquí reunidos. Es también a través de la escuela/universidad que se problematiza la cuestión de la lengua, las ofertas y el aprendizaje del portugués, así como las sociabilidades en el contexto de la migración y el refugio.]]></p></abstract>
