Ainda assim, apesar da importância da representatividade política, social, econômica e cultural, em geral, as mulheres negras quilombolas enfrentam vários desafios emanados em razão da cor de sua pele e do legado colonial. Nesse contexto, o objetivo principal deste artigo é dar relevância às histórias de vida, aos embates, aos saberes-fazeres e às superações vivenciadas por três mulheres negras, rurais e quilombolas, professoras e militantes que integram o corpo educador da Escola Estadual Quilombola José Mariano Bento, situado no Território Quilombola Vão Grande (MT). Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo e teve, como principal instrumento para geração de dados, a entrevista e a observação in loco, durante os anos de 2014 a 2022. Teoricamente, pautamo-nos em autores decoloniais, tais como Carneiro (2003, 2004); Castilho (2008, 2011); Gonzalez (1984); Lugones (2008, 2014); Mbembe (2011); Quijano (2005, 2010); Maldonado-Torres (2010) e Spivak (1914). Os resultados deste estudo demonstram a necessidade de reversão da lógica social atribuída, que universaliza a dominação branca e inferioriza as mulheres negras, sendo necessário, para tanto, promover a visibilidade das lutas por elas travadas cotidianamente, valorizando suas experiências vividas na comunidade, nas conquistas dos seus territórios e nos avanços por uma educação que atenda aos sonhos e projetos das famílias quilombolas relacionados ao acesso aos bens, aos direitos e às melhorias para suas comunidades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Historically, Black women of African descent have contributed to the construction and transformation of society. Nevertheless, despite the importance of their political, social, economic, and cultural representativeness, in general, Black quilombola women face several challenges emanating from the color of their skin and the colonial legacy. In this context, the main objective of this article is to give relevance to the life stories, the struggles, the expertise, and the victories experienced by three Black, rural and quilombola women, teachers and activists who are part of the teaching staff of the Escola Estadual Quilombola José Mariano Bento, located in quilombola territory of Vão Grande, in Mato Grosso. Methodologically, this is qualitative research and had, as the main instrument for data generation, the interview and observation in loco, during the years 2014 to 2022. Theoretically, we are based on decolonial authors, such as Carneiro (2003, 2004); Castilho (2008, 2011); Gonzalez (1984); Lugones (2008, 2014); Mbembe (2011); Quijano (2005, 2010); Maldonado-Torres (2010) and Spivak (1914). The results of this study demonstrate the need to reverse the assigned social logic, which universalizes white domination and inferiorizes black women, being necessary, therefore, to promote the visibility of the struggles fought by them on a daily basis, valuing their lived experiences in the community, in the conquests of their territories and in the advances for an education that meets the dreams and projects of quilombola families related to access to goods, rights and improvements for their communities.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Históricamente, las mujeres negras afrodescendientes han contribuido a la construcción y transformación de la sociedad. Aun así, a pesar de la importancia de su representatividad política, social, económica y cultural, en general, las mujeres negras quilombolas enfrentan a varios desafíos que emanan del color de su piel y del legado colonial. En este contexto, el objetivo principal de este artículo es dar relevancia a las historias de vida, las luchas, el saber-hacer y la superación de los obstáculos vividos por tres mujeres negras, rurales y quilombolas, profesoras y activistas que forman parte del cuerpo docente de la Escola Estadual Quilombola José Mariano Bento, ubicada en el territorio quilombola de Vão Grande (MT). Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación cualitativa y tuvo, como principal instrumento de generación de datos, la entrevista y la observación en situ, durante los años 2014 a 2022. Teóricamente, nos basamos en autores decoloniales, como Carneiro (2003, 2004); Castilho (2008, 2011); González (1984); Lugones (2008, 2014); Mbembe (2011); Quijano (2005, 2010); Maldonado-Torres (2010) y Spivak (1914). Los resultados de este estudio demuestran la necesidad de revertir la lógica social atribuida, que universaliza la dominación blanca e inferioriza a las mujeres negras, siendo necesario para hacerlo, promover la visibilidad de las luchas libradas por ellas en el día a día, valorando sus experiencias vividas en la comunidad, en las conquistas de sus territorios y en los avances por una educación que atienda los sueños y proyectos de las familias quilombolas relacionados con el acceso a bienes, derechos y mejoras para sus comunidades.]]></p></abstract>
