Metodologicamente, para análise do corpus documental (entrevistas semiestruturadas e documentos oficiais), faz-se uso do entendimento de direito à educação de Cury (2002), Chizzotti (2020) e Anísio Teixeira (2009), essencialmente por concebê-lo na amplitude da dimensão humana e social de cada pessoa. Em termos de conclusão, o corpus documental pesquisado revela que o direito à educação escolar das dez mulheres negras estudadas foi resultante da sociedade da escolarização, embora com oportunidades socioeducacionais limitadas e desiguais: uma parte delas (três), que estudou o ensino primário em fazendas, sítios e povoações, não prosseguiu os estudos para os níveis secundários seguintes, além de ter exercido profissões diferenciadas daquelas das sete mulheres que tiveram o direito à continuidade dos estudos em nível secundário (quatro) e universitário (três) no período em pauta.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract With the intention of continuing the discussion about women&#8217;s schooling in Brazil, this study reflects about the scope of the right to elementary education, mainly of ten black women who studied in Rio Grande do Norte between 1931 and 1963, in intersection with the human web of family social origin, school studies and professions. Methodologically, for the analysis of the documental corpus (semi-structured interviews and official documents), we use the understanding of the right to education of Cury (2002), Chizzotti (2020) and Anísio Teixeira (2009), essentially by conceiving it in the amplitude of the human and social dimension of each person. In conclusion, the researched documented corpus reveals that the right to school education of the ten black women studied was a result of the schooling society, although with limited and unequal socio-educational opportunities: part of them (three), who studied elementary education on farms, ranches and settlements, did not continue their studies to the next secondary levels, besides having exercised different professions from those of the seven women who had the right to continue their studies at the secondary level (four) and university level (three) in the period in question.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Con la intención de continuar la discusión sobre la escolarización de las mujeres en Brasil, este estudio reflexiona sobre el alcance del derecho a la educación primaria, principalmente de diez mujeres negras que estudiaron en Rio Grande do Norte entre 1931 y 1963, en intersección con la tela humana del origen social familiar, los estudios escolares y las profesiones. Metodológicamente, para el análisis del corpus documental (entrevistas semiestructuradas y documentos oficiales), se utiliza la comprensión del derecho a la educación de Cury (2002), Chizzotti (2020) y Anísio Teixeira (2009), esencialmente concibiéndolo en la amplitud de la dimensión humana y social de cada persona. En conclusión, el corpus documental investigado revela que el derecho a la educación escolar de las diez mujeres negras estudiadas fue resultado de la sociedad de la escolarización, aunque con oportunidades socioeducativas limitadas y desiguales: parte de ellas (tres), que estudió la educación primaria en haciendas, ranchos y asentamientos, no continuaron sus estudios hasta los niveles secundarios siguientes, además de haber ejercido profesiones diferentes a las de las siete mujeres que tuvieron derecho a continuar sus estudios en el nivel secundario (cuatro) y universitario (tres) en el período en cuestión.]]></p></abstract>
