Tem como objetivo central problematizar a proposta formativa presente na Base Nacional Comum para a Formação Inicial de Professores da Educação Básica (BNC-Formação), a partir do cuidado de si foucaultiano, destacando modos de recusa e (de)formação docente. Alinhados a uma vertente pósestruturalista, centrada sobretudo na figura de Michel Foucault, mobilizaremos os conceitos de cuidado de si e de governamentalidade (governo de si e dos outros), em conjunto com a ideia do homem de lata, personagem descrita no famoso poema de Manoel de Barros. Dos resultados obtidos, destaca-se o viés neoconservador disperso ao longo do documento, materializado no caráter prescritivo, homogeneizador e uniformizador que atua na padronização de uma suposta proposta de forma(ta)ção de professores. Desse modo, buscamos aqui problematizar estas subjetivações impostas por um documento regulador da forma(ta)ção docente no Brasil. Por meio do cuidado de si, aventamos uma forma-ação que possa suscitar deslocamentos, mobilizações, desnaturalizações de coisas cristalizadas por gerações, falas e gestos visíveis e automatizados sobre o ser professor e o ato de professorar no Ensino Superior. Destacamos, por fim, a inventividade do homem de lata enquanto recusa à imobilidade e elemento inaugural para a (de)formação docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Our paper was originated in a project for academic productivity entitled Writings on Scholarship during Covid19 and sponsored by the State University of Amazonas. The main object is to discuss and oppose the educational policy recently proposed by the Brazilian National Base Document for Initial Teacher Education. Based on Michel Foucault&#8217;s postcritical concepts, we make use of the care of the self and the governmentality to suggest alternatives to face the threat that this document represents to the Brazilian Education. Additionally, we explore the Canned Man, a character created by the Brazilian poet Manoel de Barros, to confront the neoconservatism and the standardization promoted by the current teacher training policy. For we believe that the Canned Man&#8217; ingenuity as well as the Foucault&#8217;s care of the self can be important elements to refuse and reformulate that detraining manual. Having said that, we propose and support a training that promotes changings, challenges, and mobilizations in favor of the teacher and his work.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo es un recorte de un proyecto de productividad académica titulado Del muelle a la deriva: escrituras de un profesar en la enseñanza superior durante la pandemia de Covid-19, de la Universidad del Estado del Amazonas. Tiene como objetivo central problematizar la propuesta formativa presente en la Base Nacional Común para la Formación Inicial de Profesores de la Educación Primaria (BNC-Formación) hacia del cuidado de sí, según Foucault, destacando modos de denegación y (de)formación docente. Alineados a una vertiente postestructuralista, centrada sobre todo en la figura de Michel Foucault, movilizaremos los conceptos de cuidado de sí e de gubernamentalidad (gobierno de sí y de los otros), en conjunto con la idea del hombre de hojalata, personaje descripto en el famoso poema de Manoel de Barros. De los resultados obtenidos, se destacan el sesgo neoconservador disperso a lo largo del documento, materializado en el carácter prescriptivo, homogeneizador y uniformador que actúa en la estandarización de una supuesta propuesta de formateo/formación de profesores. Así, buscamos acá problematizar estas subjetividades impuestas por un documento regulador del formateo/formación docente en el Brasil. Por medio del cuidado de sí, aportamos una forma-acción que pueda despertar desplazamientos, movilizaciones, desnaturalizaciones de cosas estancadas por generaciones, hablas y gestos visibles y automatizados sobre ser docente y el acto de enseñar en la enseñanza superior. Destacamos, finalmente, la capacidad inventiva del hombre de hojalata mientras rechaza a la inmovilidad y el elemento inaugural para la (de)formación docente.]]></p></abstract>
