Em razão do exposto, ao olharmos para o processo de institucionalização da infância e para a natureza do trabalho docente na educação infantil, algumas inquietações são oportunas, entre elas, uma questão norteadora para o artigo proposto: Quais as concepções e perspectivas que norteiam o trabalho docente na educação infantil? O estudo foi realizado a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, em diálogo com os principais autores da infância, com a legislação pertinente a esta etapa da educação básica e com as experiências vivenciadas como professoras no curso de Pedagogia. O artigo contribui para pensar as concepções de atendimento às crianças ao longo da história, bem como suas influências na formação e atuação de professores até os dias de hoje, enfatizando a necessidade de um processo formativo que envolva reflexão e ação, no qual se constitui a práxis docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to reflect on some particularities and outline some discussions necessary for the training of teachers who work in Early Childhood Education, highlighting paths, concepts and perspectives. Due to the above, when looking at the process of institutionalization of childhood and the nature of teaching work in Early Childhood Education, some concerns are opportune, among them, a guiding question for the proposed article: What are the conceptions and perspectives that guide the work teacher in Early Childhood Education? The study was carried out based on a bibliographical research, in dialogue with the main authors of childhood, with the legislation pertinent to this stage of basic education and with the experiences lived as teachers in the Pedagogy course. The article contributes to thinking about the conceptions of assistance to children throughout history, as well as their influences on the training and performance of teachers up to the present day, emphasizing the need for a training process that involves reflection and action, in which the teaching praxis.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre algunas particularidades y esbozar algunas discusiones necesarias para la formación de docentes que actúan en educación infantil, destacando caminos, conceptos y perspectivas. Por lo anterior, al mirar el proceso de institucionalización de la infancia y la naturaleza del trabajo docente en educación infantil, se hacen oportunas algunas inquietudes, entre ellas, una pregunta orientadora para el artículo propuesto: ¿Cuáles son las concepciones y perspectivas que orientan el trabajo docente en educación infantil? El estudio se realizó a partir de una investigación bibliográfica, en diálogo con los principales autores de la infancia, con la legislación pertinente a esta etapa de la educación básica y con las experiencias vividas como docentes en la carrera de Pedagogía. El artículo contribuye a reflexionar sobre las concepciones de la atención a los niños a lo largo de la historia, así como sus influencias en la formación y actuación de los docentes hasta el día de hoy, enfatizando la necesidad de un proceso formativo que involucre reflexión y acción, en el que la enseñanza práctica.]]></p></abstract>
