Utiliza como método investigativo a pesquisa-ação existencial, por exigir dos pesquisadores a atuação com uma escuta sensível e pelo fato do projeto lidar com a transformação de realidades dos envolvidos. A iniciativa envolveu 60 pessoas, entre crianças, familiares, membros de equipe e os colaboradores da instituição acolhedora. Para além da perspectiva de adesão ao tratamento oncológico, a possibilidade de brincarem de fazer fotos e vídeos valorizou a criatividade e as agências das crianças, restituiu parte da autonomia dos sujeitos que estavam sob tratamento oncológico, bem como propiciou momentos de afeto entre os familiares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The study analyzes the process of photo and video production carried out by children undergoing oncologic care admitted at an institution in Vitória/Espírito Santo (ES). As investigative method, it uses the existential research-action, by demanding from the researchers, their performance with sensitive listening and the fact that the project deals with changing the reality of the ones involved. The initiative involved 60 people, between children, family members, team members and the institution employees. Apart from the perspective to participate in the cancer treatment, the possibility of taking pictures and footages valued creativity and the children&#8217;s agencies restored part of the authorship of those who were undergoing oncologic treatment, as well as provided moments of affection among the families.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Analiza el proceso de producción de fotos y de vídeos por niños en tratamiento oncológico acogidos por una institución en Vitória/Espírito Santo (ES). Utiliza como método investigativo la búsqueda-acción existencial, y exige de los investigadores la actuación con una escucha sensible, una vez que el proyecto trata de la transformación de la realidad de los involucrados. La iniciativa ha envuelto 60 personas, entre niños, parientes, miembros del equipo y colaboradores de la institución acogedora. Más allá de la perspectiva de adhesión al tratamiento oncológico, la posibilidad de jugar de hacer fotos y vídeos ha valorado la creatividad y las agencias de los niños, así como ha restaurado parte de la autonomía de los sujetos que estaban bajo el tratamiento. Ha propiciado, también, momentos de afecto entre los parientes.]]></p></abstract>
