Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo de caráter exploratório, sendo que a produção de dados aconteceu por meio de questionários elaborados pelo Google Forms e respondido pelos pesquisados totalmente a distância e por meio digital. Os sujeitos desta pesquisa foram professores da rede municipal participantes do programa de formação Letramento e Alfabetização (PROMLA) de Santa Maria, no período de abril a dezembro de 2020. A análise dos dados foi organizada de maneira teórico reflexiva. De posse dos dados analisados foi possível entender que os benefícios da aprendizagem colaborativa estão na interação, na troca, na disposição para colaborar, na comunicação com o outro, na horizontalidade. Como resultado desse trabalho pode-se entender que para se criar uma rede é preciso estar conectado, ou seja, estabelecer uma conexão com seus pares. Para haver colaboração é preciso estar disposto a colaborar, partilhar, apoiar, debater, contribuir, construir algo novo de forma compartilhada, cada um com sua responsabilidade de cooperar.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The present work dealt with issues related to collaborative learning among teachers in training, contributing to the creation of virtual collaborative learning networks as a reflective potential for the continuing education of teachers. This is a qualitative study of an exploratory nature, and data collection took place through questionnaires prepared by Google Forms and answered by those surveyed entirely at a distance and by digital means. The subjects of this research were teachers from the municipal network participating in the Literacy and Literacy training program (PROMLA) of Santa Maria, from April to December 2020. Data analysis was organized in a reflexive theoretical manner. With the analyzed data, it was possible to understand that the benefits of collaborative learning are in the interaction, in the exchange, in the willingness to collaborate, in communication with the other, in horizontality. As a result of this work, it can be understood that to create a network it is necessary to be connected, that is, to establish a connection with your peers. In order to have collaboration, it is necessary to be willing to collaborate, share, support, debate, contribute, build something new in a shared way, each one with their responsibility to cooperate.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El presente trabajo abordó cuestiones relacionadas con el aprendizaje colaborativo entre docentes en formación, contribuyendo a la creación de redes virtuales de aprendizaje colaborativo como potencial reflexivo para la formación continua de los docentes. Este es un estudio cualitativo de carácter exploratorio, y la recolección de datos se realizó a través de cuestionarios elaborados por Google Forms y respondidos por los encuestados íntegramente a distancia y por medios digitales. Los sujetos de esta investigación fueron docentes de la red municipal participantes del Programa de Alfabetización y Alfabetización (PROMLA) de Santa María, de abril a diciembre de 2020. El análisis de los datos se organizó de forma teórica reflexiva. Con los datos analizados, fue posible comprender que los beneficios del aprendizaje colaborativo están en la interacción, en el intercambio, en la voluntad de colaborar, en la comunicación con el otro, en la horizontalidad. Como resultado de este trabajo, se puede entender que para crear una red es necesario estar conectado, es decir, establecer una conexión con tus pares. Para tener colaboración es necesario estar dispuesto a colaborar, compartir, apoyar, debatir, aportar, construir algo nuevo de manera compartida, cada uno con su responsabilidad de cooperar.]]></p></abstract>
