Metodologicamente, o trabalho se desenvolve por meio de estudos pós-críticos, no caso, cartográficos. Neste contexto reflexivo, o texto concentra-se no enfoque de direitos e, mais especificamente, no direito humano das crianças à informação e no acesso aos bens culturais e simbólicos, ou seja, às formas de justiça epistêmica. São apresentadas algumas tendências e possíveis impactos dessas políticas para crianças surdas e ouvintes, em que se destaca a vulneração epistêmica em duas investigações e com um embasamento teórico voltado principalmente à perspectiva dos estudos da infância, dos estudos surdos, da história e da filosofia, bem como dos pressupostos freireanos. O trabalho indica elementos sobre como a alfabetização se converte num potente dispositivo político-instrumental do governo do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract From a theoretical and empirical contextualization on the so-called cultural war that has impacted the country in recent years, the article seeks to highlight literacy as a political-instrumental device of the radical rights to guarantee the full government of childhood and social control. Methodologically, the work develops from post-critical studies, in this case, cartographic. In this reflective context, the text focuses on the approach of rights and, more specifically, on the human right of children to information and access to cultural and symbolic goods, that is, to forms of epistemic justice. Some trends and possible impacts of these policies for deaf and hearing children are presented, in which it stands out the epistemic vulnerability stands out, based on two investigations and with a theoretical basis focused mainly on the perspective of childhood studies, deaf studies, history and philosophy, as well as Freire's conceptions. The work indicates elements on how literacy becomes a powerful political-instrumental device of the government of former president Jair Bolsonaro.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen A partir de una contextualización teórica y empírica de la llamada guerra cultural que ha impactado el país en los últimos años, el artículo busca resaltar la alfabetización como dispositivo político-instrumental de las derechas radicales para garantizar el pleno gobierno de la niñez y control social. Metodológicamente, el trabajo se desarrolla a partir de estudios poscríticos; en este caso, cartográficos. En este contexto reflexivo, el texto se centra en el enfoque de derechos y, más específicamente, en el derecho de la niñez a la información y al acceso a los bienes culturales y simbólicos, es decir, a formas de justicia epistémica. Se presentan algunas tendencias y posibles impactos de estas políticas para niños sordos y oyentes, en el que se destaca la vulneración epistémica, a partir de dos investigaciones y con una base teórica dirigida principalmente en los estudios de la infancia, estudios sordos, de historia y filosofía y las concepciones freireanas. El trabajo señala elementos sobre cómo la alfabetización se convierte en un poderoso dispositivo político-instrumental del gobierno del expresidente Jair Bolsonaro.]]></p></abstract>
