As autoras enfatizam a relevância de uma abordagem integrada entre o ensino universitário, a pesquisa e a extensão. A argumentação é sustentada a partir dos conceitos de ensinagem, artistagem e integridade docente, desenvolvidos pelas estudiosas Léa Anastasiou, Sandra Mara Corazza e bell hooks. Para conduzir este estudo/esta pesquisa, as autoras adotam a metodologia da a/r/tografia, segundo a qual a produção artística é mobilizada como elemento condutor de uma investigação voltada para as atividades educativas. A adoção desse enfoque possibilitou às autoras afirmarem a docência universitária como um processo criativo, ético e estético. Por fim, o texto aborda a importância da colaboração entre docentes formadores/as, a necessidade de uma revisão da formação pedagógica no ensino superior e o reconhecimento da valorização de uma docência que seja marcada pela criatividade, pela reflexividade e pelo compromisso com a construção de conhecimentos e práticas transformadoras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The essay discusses the issues that emerged during a postdoctoral research on teaching practices in higher education. The authors emphasize the importance of integrating university teaching with research and extension, grounding this discussion in the concepts of teaching, artistry, and teaching integrity proposed by authors Léa Anastasiou, Sandra Mara Corazza, and bell hooks. They describe the use of a/r/tography as a methodology for investigation and practice throughout the research. A/r/tography is an arts-based educational research approach in which artistic production is employed to conduct research focused on educational activities. This way of working allowed the authors to define university teaching as a poetic, ethical, and aesthetic creation. Lastly, the text addresses the significance of collaborative work among teacher educators, the need to reconsider pedagogical training in higher education, and the appreciation for a teaching approach that is creative, reflective, and committed to the construction of transformative knowledge and practices.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El ensayo aborda las cuestiones que surgieron durante una investigación de posdoctorado centrada en las prácticas docentes en la formación de profesores. Las autoras subrayan la importancia de trabajar la enseñanza universitaria de manera integrada con la investigación y la extensión, basando este debate en los conceptos de enseñanza, artista e integridad docente desarrollados por Léa Anastasiou, Sandra Mara Corazza y bell hooks. Se describe la utilización de la metodología de a/r/tografía como enfoque de investigación y práctica empleado a lo largo del estudio. La a/r/tografía constituye un tipo de investigación educativa basada en las artes, en la que se emplea la producción artística como herramienta para llevar a cabo una investigación orientada a las actividades educativas. Este enfoque ha permitido a las autoras afirmar que la docencia universitaria implica una creación poética, ética y estética. Por último, el texto destaca la importancia del trabajo colaborativo entre los docentes formadores, la necesidad de replantear la formación pedagógica en la educación superior y el reconocimiento de una docencia caracterizada por su creatividad, reflexividad y compromiso en la construcción de conocimientos y prácticas transformadoras.]]></p></abstract>
