O objetivo é dimensionar o debate sobre formação estético-cultural e apropriação crítica dos produtos da indústria cultural no espaço escolar. Em Adorno, o tratamento dado à catarse sofre pelo menos um duplo deslocamento: a) em relação à psicanálise, reata o vínculo com a objetividade da história; b) em relação a Aristóteles, deixa de ser uma experiência do sujeito e é tratado como traço da obra de arte. Sugerem-se dois eixos de análise: 1) um vínculo mais direto entre a concepção de catarse em Adorno e a experiência estética de ensino de artes na escola e 2) a extensão dos traços da obra artística autêntica para os conhecimentos a serem tratados pedagogicamente pela instituição escolar.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article investigates the potential of catharsis as an important concept present in Theodor Adorno´s Aesthetic Theory. It aims to scale the debate on aesthetic-cultural training and critical appropriation of culture industry products at school. In Adorno, the treatment given to catharsis suffers at least a double shift: a) in relation to psychoanalysis, reattaches the link to the objectivity of history; b) in relation to Aristotle, no longer an experience of the subject and is treated as a trait of the artwork. It proposes two lines of analysis: 1) a more direct link between the concept of catharsis in Adorno and aesthetic experience of arts education in school; 2) the extent of the authentic artistic work traces for knowledge to be treated pedagogically by the academic institution.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cet article pose des questions sur la potentialité de la catégorie catharsis présente dans la théorie esthétique du philosophe Theodor Adorno. L'objectif est de dimensionner le débat sur la formation esthétique-culturelle et l'appropriation critique des produits de l'industrie culturelle dans l'espace scolaire. A Adorno, le traitement accordé à la catharsis subit au moins un double déplacement: a) par rapport à la psychanalyse, ele reprend le lien avec l'objectivité de l'histoire; b) par rapport à Aristote, elle cesse d'être une expérience du sujet et est traitée comme un trait de l'&#339;uvre d'art.
