<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1982-71992016000100088&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1982-71992016000100088&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1982-71992016000100088&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O estudo teve por objetivo conhecer o trabalho docente do/no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) em uma rede municipal de ensino do Estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil, pelas vozes das professoras que atuam nesse servi&#231;o. Para a constru&#231;&#227;o dos dados, aplicaram&#8209;se question&#225;rios a 34 professoras atuantes na Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil e no Ensino Fundamental, que foram tratados &#224; luz da an&#225;lise de conte&#250;do. Todas as participantes da pesquisa s&#227;o mulheres com idades entre 31 e 50 anos concursadas como docentes no AEE, atuando 40 horas semanais como docentes no AEE. Pode-se dizer que as professoras especializadas s&#227;o experientes, j&#225; que 71% atuam h&#225; mais de seis anos na rede municipal de ensino. Contudo, no que tange &#224; experi&#234;ncia no AEE, 88% das professoras est&#227;o no servi&#231;o h&#225; tr&#234;s anos ou menos, estando, assim, num momento profissional de descoberta e sobreviv&#234;ncia, em que s&#227;o explorados os contornos dessa nova fun&#231;&#227;o. Considera-se que as professoras est&#227;o em fase de (re)conhecimento do seu trabalho no AEE e evidenciou-se que, em grande medida, este configura-se de forma isolada. No entanto, h&#225; professoras que d&#227;o indicativos de um trabalho que envolve a comunidade escolar. A fala das participantes revelou falta de coes&#227;o sobre a fun&#231;&#227;o de professora do/no AEE, o que adverte para a necessidade de propor discuss&#245;es sobre o assunto, a fim de buscar compreender sua fun&#231;&#227;o e at&#233; mesmo significar o AEE como estrat&#233;gia pedag&#243;gica no contexto escolar, para que contribua para o processo de escolariza&#231;&#227;o dos estudantes, que s&#227;o, em primeiro lugar, alunos da escola.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to acknowledge the teaching work of/in the Specialized Educational Service (SES) in the public education system of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, through the voices of teachers who work in the area. Data were collected by questionnaires from approximately 34 Kindergarten and Elementary School teachers. All the participants were women between 31 and 50 years old selected through public tender, and who work a 40-hour week journey in the Specialized Education Service. These teachers are experienced in the field - 71% have been teaching for over six years in the municipal education; however, 88% of them have been working in the SES for three years or less and are, therefore, undergoing a professional moment of discovery and survival. Considering that these teachers are in a (re)cognition moment in the SES, their work is still singly configured. Nevertheless, some of the teachers perform activities that involve the whole school community. Participants&#8217; voices revealed a lack of cohesion of teachers in the SES. There is need to discuss about this issue in order to try to understand their role, and even signify the SES as a pedagogical strategy in the school context, by contributing to the schooling process students, who are, first of all, school students.]]></p></abstract>
