O objetivo deste estudo &#233; indicar e interpretar a linguagem discursiva depreendida dos poss&#237;veis significados do alimento e suas m&#250;ltiplas afeta&#231;&#245;es no consumo humano que perpassa as interfaces entre as dimens&#245;es da educa&#231;&#227;o e da sa&#250;de. Nossa escrita percorre o caminho metodol&#243;gico da investiga&#231;&#227;o historiogr&#225;fica e filos&#243;fica com base na refer&#234;ncia a pesquisadores do tema do alimento, da alimenta&#231;&#227;o e dos h&#225;bitos alimentares, entendendo que estes h&#225;bitos se situam no campo da cultura e n&#227;o s&#227;o universais, inserindo-se na hist&#243;ria como objeto cultural. Os resultados encontrados apontam para a import&#226;ncia de reflex&#245;es e de discuss&#245;es cr&#237;ticas, possibilitando o entendimento do tema tratado n&#227;o somente como elemento imprescind&#237;vel para a subsist&#234;ncia humana, mas tamb&#233;m como produto de consumo criado de acordo com os modelos produtivos de que se disp&#245;e, como elemento portador de ideologias e de diferentes leituras no tempo e no espa&#231;o. Pretendemos nesse estudo substantivar o conhecimento em torno do tema do alimento e da alimenta&#231;&#227;o com novas possibilidades para reflex&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The text that is presented offers a feast of ideas that are open to reflection on food, eating habits and their historically situated uses. The objective of this study is to indicate and interpret the discursive language of the possible meanings of food and its multiple affections in human consumption that crosses the interfaces between the dimensions of education and health. This writing goes through the methodological path of historiographical and philosophical research based on the reference to researchers of the theme of food, nourishment and eating habits, understanding that these habits are located in the field of culture and are not universal, inserting in the history as a cultural object. The results point to the importance of reflections and critical discussions, making it possible to understand the theme not only as an essential element for human subsistence, but also as a consumer product created according to the productive models available as an element carrier of ideologies and different readings in time and space. In this study we intend to substantiate knowledge about the theme of food and nutrition, with new possibilities for reflection.]]></p></abstract>
