Analisa ainda os elementos que afetam a identidade e o desenvolvimento profissional desses professores. Os procedimentos metodol&#243;gicos envolveram quatro grupos de discuss&#227;o com egressos do curso de pedagogia de tr&#234;s universidades e de uma faculdade do interior do estado de S&#227;o Paulo. Os depoimentos evidenciaram que as rela&#231;&#245;es empreendidas no cotidiano escolar, seja com os pais de alunos, seja com os gestores da escola, com colegas mais experientes ou com os alunos t&#234;m peso consider&#225;vel na constitui&#231;&#227;o da profissionalidade desses professores e afetam sua identidade profissional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper focuses on the process of constructing the professionalism of beginning teachers, trying to identify the main challenges faced in their daily practices in early childhood education and in the first years of basic education. It also analyzes the elements that affect the identity and professional development of these teachers. The methodological procedures involved four discussion groups with graduates from the pedagogy course of three universities and a faculty in the state of S&#227;o Paulo. The data collected showed that the relationships undertaken in the daily school life, whether with the students&#8217; parents, the school managers, the more experienced colleagues or the students, have a considerable weight in the constitution of the professionalism of these teachers and affect their professional identity.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En este trabajo se ha centrado en el proceso de constituci&#243;n de profesionalidad de los maestros principiantes con el fin de identificar los principales desaf&#237;os que enfrentan en sus pr&#225;cticas diarias en la educaci&#243;n de la primera infancia y los primeros a&#241;os de educaci&#243;n b&#225;sica. Tambi&#233;n se analizan los factores que afectan a la identidad y el desarrollo profesional de estos maestros. Los procedimientos metodol&#243;gicos implicaran cuatro grupos de discussiones con los graduados del curso de pedagogia de tres universidades y una facultad en el estado de Sao Paulo. Las declaraciones mostraron que las relaciones llevadas a cabo en la rutina de la escuela, ya sea con los padres de los estudiantes, ya sea con los administradores escolares, con colegas o estudiantes m&#225;s experimentados tienen un peso considerable en la formaci&#243;n de profesionalismo de estos maestros y afectan a su identidad profesional.]]></p></abstract>
