Baseados no estudo de documentos e nos dados disponibilizados pela Diretoria de Educa&#231;&#227;o Especial do Estado de Veracruz trazemos quest&#245;es relativas &#224; organiza&#231;&#227;o dos espa&#231;os e atividades desenvolvidas pela administra&#231;&#227;o p&#250;blica veracruzana em Xalapa, tendo em vista a garantia de escolariza&#231;&#227;o para estudantes com defici&#234;ncia e/ou com transtornos globais do desenvolvimento naquela municipalidade. Associados a essas quest&#245;es, tamb&#233;m destacamos dados censit&#225;rios e estat&#237;sticos que evidenciam os perfis dos estudantes com diagn&#243;stico de defici&#234;ncia e/ou de transtornos globais do desenvolvimento matriculados em escolas de ensino comum em Xalapa/VER-MEX. Dos resultados, observa-se que as pr&#225;ticas administrativas da diretoria de Educa&#231;&#227;o Especial de Veracruz trazem intencionalidades pol&#237;ticas para a melhoria das condi&#231;&#245;es de realiza&#231;&#227;o da educa&#231;&#227;o de pessoas com defici&#234;ncia e/ou com transtornos globais do desenvolvimento em Xalapa. Via de regra, os servi&#231;os de Educa&#231;&#227;o Especial realizados no contexto da escola de ensino comum constituem parte importante do trabalho dos profissionais que atuam na Dire&#231;&#227;o de Educa&#231;&#227;o Especial do Estado de Veracruz. Destaca-se que o conjunto de servi&#231;os de Educa&#231;&#227;o Especial disponibilizados em Xalapa, articulado com os desafios presentes no prosseguimento da escolariza&#231;&#227;o dos estudantes com defici&#234;ncia, indica a import&#226;ncia de se considerar cada vez mais e de forma sistem&#225;tica as experi&#234;ncias vividas no cotidiano escolar como refer&#234;ncia na avalia&#231;&#227;o das pol&#237;ticas e das propostas educativas que se v&#234;m implementando.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The text aims to present reflections on Special Education policies implemented in the municipality of Xalapa, capital of the State of Veracruz / Mexico. Based on the study of documents and data provided by the Directorate of Special Education of the State of Veracruz we bring questions regarding the organization of spaces and activities developed by the Veracruz public administration in Xalapa. With a view to guaranteeing schooling for students with disabilities and/or with global developmental disorders in Xalapa. Associated with these questions, we also highlight statistical data that show the profiles of students with a diagnosis of disability and/or developmental disorders enrolled in common schools in Xalapa/VER-MEX. From the results, one can note that the administrative practices of Special Education sectors bring political purposes in order to improve conditions for disabled people and/ or people with developmental global disturbances to perform Education in Xalapa. As a general rule, the Special Education services delivered in the context of common education schools constitute an important part for the Special Education Administration&#8217;s work in the state of Veracruz. One can highlight that the set of services provided by the public administration in Xalapa, by being articulate with the challenges existing in the schooling continuation by disabled students, signals the importance in considering more and more, and in a systemic way, the experiences of school routine as a reference for the evaluation of educational policies and proposals which have been implemented.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Tiene como objetivo presentar reflexiones sobre las pol&#237;ticas de educaci&#243;n especial implementadas en la ciudad de Xalapa, la capital del estado de Veracruz / M&#233;xico. Bas&#225;ndose en el estudio de los documentos y los datos proporcionados por la Junta de Educaci&#243;n Especial del Estado de Veracruz traemos cuestiones relativas a la organizaci&#243;n de los espacios y las actividades desarrolladas por la administraci&#243;n p&#250;blica Veracruzana en Xalapa. Con el fin de garantizar la educaci&#243;n para los estudiantes con discapacidades y / o trastornos generalizados del desarrollo en ese municipio. Asociado a estas cuestiones tambi&#233;n destacamos censo y los datos estad&#237;sticos que muestran los perfiles de los estudiantes diagnosticados con discapacidad y / o trastornos generalizados del desarrollo matriculados en las escuelas ordinarias en Xalapa/VER-MEX. A partir de los resultados, se observa que las pr&#225;cticas administrativas de la Junta de Educaci&#243;n Especial de Veracruz traer intenciones pol&#237;ticas para la mejora de las condiciones para la educaci&#243;n de las personas con discapacidad y / o trastornos generalizados del desarrollo en Xalapa. Como regla general, los servicios de educaci&#243;n especial en la escuela com&#250;n en el contexto de una parte importante en el trabajo de los profesionales que trabajan en la Direcci&#243;n de Educaci&#243;n Especial del Estado de Veracruz. Es de destacar que los servicios de educaci&#243;n especial fijan disponibles en Xalapa, en combinaci&#243;n con los retos en la formaci&#243;n continua de los estudiantes con discapacidad, indica la importancia de considerar cada vez m&#225;s y de manera sistem&#225;tica las experiencias en la vida cotidiana de la escuela como una referencia evaluaci&#243;n de las pol&#237;ticas y propuestas educativas en ejecuci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
