Tem como objetivo discutir pr&#225;ticas e saberes mobilizados por esses professores nesse contexto e que modificaram seu repert&#243;rio de conhecimento profissional. O texto examina como alguns pesquisadores ib&#233;ricos e brasileiros compreendem o conceito de 'desenvolvimento profissional de professores'. Traz tamb&#233;m dados de entrevista com 30 docentes envolvidos na pesquisa em rede Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente e Inova&#231;&#227;o Pedag&#243;gica: estudo explorat&#243;rio sobre contribui&#231;&#245;es do PIBID, apoiada pelo Programa Observat&#243;rio da Educa&#231;&#227;o (OBEDUC/CAPES). As conclus&#245;es apontam para quatro indicadores do desenvolvimento profissional dos professores entrevistados, cujos significados s&#227;o discutidos ao longo do trabalho.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This work, takes the professional development of teachers as the object of teacher training and turn shis attention to professionals from Basic Education involved with the Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Inicia&#231;&#227;o &#224; Doc&#234;ncia (PIBID), that are called to collaborate in the initial formation of future colleagues. In this sense, it aims to discuss practice sand know ledge mobilized by these teachers in this context and that changed their professional know ledge repertoire. The first part of the paper presents analysis of how some iberian and brazilian research understand the concept of 'professional development of teachers.' Brings, following, recent empirical data produced through interviews with 30 teachers within the research Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente e Inova&#231;&#227;o Pedag&#243;gica: estudo explorat&#243;rio sobre contribui&#231;&#245;es do PIBID, initiative supported by Programa Observat&#243;rio da Educa&#231;&#227;o (OBEDUC/CAPES - Notice n&#186; 049/2012). The findings high light four indicators of the professional development of teachers interviewed, who semeanings discussed throughout the work.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este trabajo, tomando en el desarrollo profesional de los docentes y objeto de la formaci&#243;n del maestro, vuelve su atenci&#243;n a las profesionales de la Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica participantes del Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Inicia&#231;&#227;o &#224; Doc&#234;ncia (PIBID), llamados a colaborar en la formaci&#243;n de los futuros colegas. En este sentido, pretende discutir las pr&#225;cticas y los conocimientos movilizados por estos maestros en ese contexto y que cambi&#243; su repertorio de conocimientos profesionales. La primera parte del trabajo presenta un an&#225;lisis de c&#243;mo algunos investigadores ib&#233;ricos y brasile&#241;os entienden el concepto de "desarrollo profesional de los docentes". Trae, como consecuencia de ello, recientes datos emp&#237;ricos producidos a trav&#233;s de entrevista con 30 profesores bajo la investigaci&#243;n Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente e Inova&#231;&#227;o Pedag&#243;gica: estudo explorat&#243;rio sobre contribui&#231;&#245;es do PIBID, iniciativa de la red apoyada por el Programa Observat&#243;rio da Educa&#231;&#227;o (OBEDUC/CAPES - Edital n&#186; 049/2012). Las conclusiones apuntan a cuatro indicadores del desarrollo profesional de los docentes, cuyos significados hemos discutidos a lo largo de la obra.]]></p></abstract>
