Para tal, foram observadas, registradas e transcritas aulas te&#243;ricas e pr&#225;ticas do formador, gravadas em &#225;udio. Os dados da investiga&#231;&#227;o s&#227;o constru&#237;dos e interpretados segundo procedimentos te&#243;rico-metodol&#243;gicos de uma perspectiva hist&#243;rico-cultural e enunciativa, adotando-se a an&#225;lise microgen&#233;tica para investigar o discurso pedag&#243;gico do formador. Os resultados revelam aspectos que caracterizam a complexidade das intera&#231;&#245;es professor-aluno em sala de aula, evidenciando estrat&#233;gias discursivas, por parte do formador, que na vis&#227;o daquele formador asseguram a transmiss&#227;o de conhecimentos e a considera&#231;&#227;o das id&#233;ias dos alunos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This research focuses how a lecturer has promoted the process of constructing scientific concepts by his students, future biological teachers, through the analysis of his discourse. In this sense, five of his theoretical and practical lessons were observed, audio recorded and transcribed. By means of a microgenetic analysis, theoretical contributions of a historical, cultural and enunciative approach data were constructed and interpreted. Results reveal some aspects that have characterized the complexity of teacher-student interactions and some discourse strategies used by the lecturer in order to assure his knowledge transmission, as well his consideration for the students' ideas and doubts.]]></p></abstract>
