O instrumento de pesquisa passou pela validação semântica, realizada por seis pesquisadores doutores das áreas de Ensino (Biologia, Física e Química) e a aplicação de um teste piloto com licenciandos do curso de Biologia. Após a análise semântica e o teste piloto, três assertivas foram eliminadas, ficando o questionário final constituído por 81 assertivas. Para avaliar a confiabilidade do instrumento (validação estatística) foi realizado o teste de Alpha de Cronbach, análise fatorial, Kaiser-Meyer-Olklin (KMO) e o de Esfericidade de Bartlett. Após a aplicação dos testes foram eliminadas 30 assertivas, tornando possível a Análise dos Componentes Principais (ACP). O número amostral foi considerado satisfatório para a sistematização e análise dos dados, quando analisado o valor do KMO.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: Este estudio versa sobre la validación de un cuestionario aplicado a estudiantes de primer y último año de las licenciaturas en Biología, Ciencias, Física, Química y Pedagogía, para ello fueron seleccionadas dos diferentes instituciones para cada carrera. El instrumento de investigación pasó por una validación semántica, realizada por seis investigadores doctores de las áreas de Enseñanza (Biología, Física y Química), y la aplicación de una prueba piloto con estudiantes de la carrera de Biología. Después del análisis semántico y la prueba piloto, se eliminaron tres aserciones, y el cuestionario quedó constituido por 81 aserciones. Para evaluar la fiabilidad del instrumento (validación estadística), se realizó la prueba de Alpha de Cronbach, análisis factorial, Kaiser-Meyer-Olklin (KMO) y la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett. Después de la aplicación de las pruebas, se eliminaron 30 aserciones, lo que hizo posible el Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP). El número de muestreo fue considerado satisfactorio para la sistematización y análisis de los datos, cuando analizado el valor del KMO.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The present study concerns the validation of a questionnaire applied to first and last year undergraduate students in Biology, Sciences, Physics, Chemistry and Pedagogy, being selected two different institutions for each course. The research instrument went through the semantic validation, carried out by six PhD researchers in the areas of Teaching (Biology, Physics and Chemistry) and also through a pilot test with Biology students. After the semantic analysis and the pilot test, three questions were deleted so that the final questionnaire became composed of 81 questions. To evaluate the reliability of the instrument (statistical validation) the Cronbach Alpha test, factorial analysis, Kaiser-Meyer-Olklin (KMO) and Bartlett&#8217;s Sphericity were carried out. After the application of these tests, 30 assertions were eliminated, making the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) possible. The sample number was considered satisfactory for the systematization and analysis of the data, when the KMO value was analyzed.]]></p></abstract>
