<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1983-92782023000400113&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1983-92782023000400113&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1983-92782023000400113&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este trabalho é parte de uma tese de doutorado, que objetivou conhecer os projetos de vida de adolescentes, filhos das quebradeiras de coco babaçu no leste do Maranhão, na tentativa de entender se em seus projetos está a continuidade das atividades que suas famílias realizam ou se direcionam para outras atividades profissionais. A pesquisa, recorte de uma tese de doutorado, teve a participação de treze adolescentes que cursavam o 8º e 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental em uma escola pública na zona rural maranhense, filhos das extrativistas de coco babaçu, bem como de outros colaboradores que trabalham na educação. Neste artigo serão mencionados apenas os adolescentes. A pesquisa revelou que a escola em que eles estudam, ainda não trabalha com o eixo curricular &#8220;projeto de vida&#8221;, porém, a partir das falas dos adolescentes, compreendeu-se que trabalhar com esse eixo curricular, primando fortalecer seus projetos de vida, encontra respaldo teórico na perspectiva de ensino freiriana. Vale ressaltar que a escola interfere em seus projetos de vida, pois tanto os alunos quanto os pais, veem nela uma alternativa de melhores condições econômicas e sociais. Portanto, a partir deste estudo, evidenciou-se também que esses adolescentes têm como objetivo conseguir uma formação acadêmica de nível superior para ter uma profissão, que não se relaciona com as atividades do coco babaçu.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This work is part of a doctoral research, which aimed to know the life projects of teenagers, children of babassu coconut breakers in eastern Maranhão, in an attempt to understand if in their projects is the continuity of the activities realized by their families or turn to other professional activities. The research is part of a doctoral thesis and had the participation of thirteen teenagers who attended the 8th and 9th year of elementary school in a public school in the rural area of Maranhão, children of babassu coconut extractivists, as well as other collaborators who work in education, but only the ones will be mentioned here. The research revealed that the school where they study does not yet work with the &#8220;life project&#8221; curricular axis, however, based on the teenagers' speeches, it was understood that working with this curricular axis, striving to strengthen their life projects, there is theoretical support in the perspective of Freire's teaching. It is noteworthy that the school interferes with their life projects, as both students and parents see it as an alternative for better economic and social conditions. Therefore, from the study, it was also evident that these teenagers have as their main target in their life projects, a higher education academic training to have a good profession that is not related to the activities of babassu coconut.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo forma parte de una tesis doctoral, que tuvo como objetivo conocer los proyectos de vida de adolescentes, hijos de rompedores de cocos de babasú en el este de Maranhão, en un intento de comprender si sus proyectos son la continuidad de las actividades que realizan sus familias o si directo a otras actividades profesionales. La investigación, parte de una tesis doctoral, contó con la participación de trece adolescentes que cursaban el 8º y 9º grado de la escuela primaria en una escuela pública de la zona rural de Maranhão, hijos de extractivistas del coco babasú, además de otros colaboradores que trabajar en la educación. En este artículo sólo se mencionará a los adolescentes. La investigación reveló que el colegio donde estudian aún no trabaja con el eje curricular &#8220;proyecto de vida&#8221;, sin embargo, con base en los discursos de los adolescentes, se entendió que trabajar con este eje curricular, esforzándose por fortalecer sus proyectos de vida, encuentra resultados teóricos. apoyo en la perspectiva docente freireana. Es de destacar que la escuela interfiere en sus proyectos de vida, pues tanto estudiantes como padres la ven como una alternativa para mejores condiciones económicas y sociales. Por lo tanto, a partir de este estudio, también fue evidente que estos adolescentes aspiran a obtener una educación superior para tener una profesión que no esté relacionada con las actividades del coco babasú.]]></p></abstract>
