Para Gallo, a transferência das características da literatura menor para o campo educacional implica numa revisão da própria prática docente, tornando-a uma atividade intrinsecamente política. Dado que o ensino de matemática contemporâneo tende a seguir uma estrutura rígida e prescritiva, a proposta é de aplicar os princípios da educação menor no ensino da matemática, a fim de promover discussões relevantes e contextualizadas para os professores. Espera-se nesse artigo estimular problematizações sobre a educação menor, agenciada no ensino da matemática de forma mais contextualizada e flexível.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This is an analysis of the Deleuze-Guattarian concept of &#8220;minor literature&#8221; shifted to &#8220;minor education&#8221; and its implications for mathematics teaching, as developed by philosopher Gallo. For Gallo, transferring the characteristics of minor literature to the educational field implies a revision of teaching practice itself, making it an intrinsically political activity. Given that contemporary mathematics teaching tends to follow a rigid and prescriptive structure, the proposal is to apply the principles of minor education to mathematics teaching in order to promote relevant and contextualized discussions for teachers. It is hoped that this article will stimulate problematizations about minor education, applied to the teaching of mathematics in a more contextualized and flexible way.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Se trata de un análisis del concepto deleuze-guattariano de &#8220;literatura menor&#8221; trasladado a la &#8220;educación menor&#8221; y sus implicaciones para la enseñanza de las matemáticas, desarrollado por el filósofo brasileño Silvio Gallo. Para Gallo, trasladar las características de la literatura menor al ámbito educativo implica una revisión de la propia práctica docente, convirtiéndola en una actividad intrínsecamente política. Dado que la enseñanza contemporánea de las matemáticas tiende a seguir una estructura rígida y prescriptiva, la propuesta es aplicar los principios de la educación menor a la enseñanza de las matemáticas con el fin de promover discusiones relevantes y contextualizadas para los profesores. Se espera que este artículo estimule problematizaciones sobre la educación menor, aplicada a la enseñanza de las matemáticas de forma más contextualizada y flexible.]]></p></abstract>
