No podemos seguir viviendo dejándolas a un lado con la importancia y el peso que tienen en nuestros pensamientos y en las acciones que hacemos todos los días. Las emociones son fundamentales en las esferas íntimas y, también, deben serlo en los ámbitos públicos. Por este motivo, se hace cada vez más importante aprender a identificar lo que sentimos y lo que sienten quienes nos rodean, cómo expresamos este sentir y sus consecuencias a fin de ser capaces de transformar las emociones más dañinas en otras mucho más favorables al bienestar de nuestras relaciones personales y con el medio. Con este objetivo, el texto se propone reivindicar una educación emocional en el marco de una educación para la paz desde edades tempranas, que ponga el énfasis en el cultivo de la capacidad emocional desde la niñez para rehacer una ciudadanía global crítica, ética y creativa. En esta labor, estas páginas recuperan la metodología de la escuela de filosofía con niñas y niñas, lo que le da un gran sentido de praxis filosófica al texto, al ponerlo en diálogo, también, con la corriente de la filosofía para hacer las paces. De este modo, se cree imprescindible reivindicar, a través del pensamiento basado en el cuidado, la empatía y la imaginación moral desde que somos niñas y niños, para el cultivo de una educación emocional que estimulará a fantasear con otras alternativas emocionales, escapando de los propios límites y explorando las perspectivas de las y los demás hasta llegar a fusionarse con sus horizontes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[abstract Clarifying the concept of emotions is an essential task of 21st century societies. We cannot continue living if we ignore the importance they have in our everyday thinking and acting. Emotions are fundamental both to the private and the public sphere It is becoming increasingly important to learn to identify what we feel and what those around us feel, how we express these feelings and understand their consequences, in order to enable us to transform harmful emotions into others more favorable to the well-being of our personal relationships and our relationship with the environment. With this objective in mind, my text proposes a form of emotional education in the framework of peace education, initiated in early childhood, which acts to develop the emotional capacity required for the realization of a form of critical, ethical and creative global citizenship. This work recovers the methodology of the school of philosophy with children, which gives a great sense of philosophical praxis to the text, by putting it in dialogue, also, with studies in philosophy for peace. Thus, it is essential to vindicate empathy and moral imagination from the time we are children. Through thinking based on care, fthe cultivation of an emotional education will stimulate to wonder about other emotional alternatives, escaping from our own limits and exploring the perspectives of others until we come to merge with their horizons.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[resumo A reivindicação das emoções é uma tarefa essencial nas sociedades do século XXI. Não podemos continuar vivendo deixando-as de lado com a importância e o peso que têm em nossos pensamentos e nas ações que fazemos no dia a dia. As emoções são fundamentais nas esferas íntimas e, também, devem sê-lo nas esferas públicas. Por isso, torna-se cada vez mais importante aprender a identificar o que sentimos e o que sentem as pessoas ao nosso redor, como expressamos esse sentimento e suas consequências para podermos transformar as emoções mais nocivas em outras mais favoráveis ao bem-estar de nossas relações pessoais e com o meio. Com esse objetivo, o texto se propõe a reivindicar uma educação emocional no marco de uma educação para a paz, começando na infância, que enfatize o cultivo da capacidade emocional para a reconstrução de uma cidadania global crítica, ética e criativa. Neste trabalho, busco recuperar a metodologia da escola da filosofia com crianças, o que dá um grande sentido de práxis filosófica ao texto, ao colocá-lo em diálogo, também, com a corrente da filosofia para fazer a paz. Desse modo, acredita-se fundamental reivindicar a empatia e a imaginação moral desde que somos crianças, por meio do pensamento baseado no cuidado, para o cultivo de uma educação emocional que estimule a fantasiar com outras alternativas emocionais, fugindo dos próprios limites e explorando as perspectivas dos outros até se fundir com seus horizontes.]]></p></abstract>
