Assim, tem-se como objetivo, neste artigo, compreender as contribuições de uma formação continuada para professores dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa em que se promoveram encontros quinzenais com a participação de professoras dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, bolsistas de iniciação científica, licenciandos em Pedagogia, Matemática e Química, mestrandos, doutorandos e professores universitários. Neste texto, analisa-se um dispositivo construído a partir da escrita de um texto sobre o significado da participação nesses encontros. Emergiram três categorias - Início da Docência, Conteúdos e Práticas e Relações e Interações - que foram analisadas a partir de alguns conceitos da Análise de Discurso francesa. A análise indicou que os participantes do estudo não conheciam a literatura nem as discussões sobre o início de carreira de professores. Além disso, apontou que nos cursos de formação há preponderância da teoria sobre a prática, embora haja um movimento na perspectiva de ouvir o professor e suas necessidades, considerando também suas histórias como aspectos que influenciam em suas aprendizagens e sua prática. Ainda revelou a importância dos processos de socialização para os professores iniciantes e dos encontros do grupo como um espaço em que os participantes puderam compartilhar ideias, interagir, dialogar e aprender com os outros, rompendo com uma formação autoritária, para promover uma mais lúdica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The continuing education of teachers is an important space to discuss and reflect on gaps in initial education. Thus, the aim of this article is to understand the contributions of continuing education for teachers in the early years of elementary school. To this end, a survey was carried out in which fortnightly meetings were held with the participation of teachers from the early years of elementary school, scientific initiation scholarship holders, undergraduates in Pedagogy, Mathematics and Chemistry, master's students, doctoral students and university professors. In this text, a device constructed from the writing of a text about the meaning of participation in these meetings is analyzed. Three categories emerged - Beginning of Teaching, Contents and Practices and Relationships and Interactions - which were analyzed based on some concepts of French Discourse Analysis. The analysis indicated that the study participants were not familiar with the literature or discussions about the beginning of teachers&#8217; careers. In addition, he pointed out that in education courses there is a preponderance of theory over practice, although there is a movement in the perspective of listening to the teacher and their needs, also considering their stories as aspects that influence their learning and practice. It also revealed the importance of socialization processes for beginning teachers and group meetings as a space where participants could share ideas, interact, dialogue and learn from others, breaking away from an authoritarian training, to promote a more playful one.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La formación continuada de profesores es un espacio importante para discutir y reflexionar sobre las brechas dejadas por la formación inicial. Así que se tiene como objetivo, en este artículo, comprender las contribuciones de una formación continuada para maestros de Educación Primaria. Para ello, se desarrolló una investigación en la que ocurrieron encuentros quincenales con la participación de maestras de la Educación Primaria, becarios de iniciación científica, licenciandos en Pedagogía, Matemática y Química, estudiantes de máster, doctorado e profesores universitarios. En este texto, se analiza un dispositivo construido a partir de la escrita de un texto sobre el significado de la participación en eses encuentros. Emergieran tres categorías - Inicio de la Docencia, Contenidos y Prácticas y Relaciones e Interacciones - que fueron analizadas a partir de algunos conceptos del Análisis de Discurso francesa. El análisis indicó que los participantes del estudio no conocían la literatura y tampoco las discusiones sobre el inicio de la carrera de los profesores. Además, apuntó que en los cursos de formación hay la preponderancia de la teoría sobre la práctica, aunque haya un movimiento en la perspectiva de oír el profesor y sus necesidades, considerando también sus historias como aspectos que influyen en sus aprendizajes y en su práctica. Aún reveló la importancia de los procesos de socialización para los profesores iniciantes y de los encuentros del grupo como espacio en la que los participantes pudieron compartir ideas, interactuar, dialogar y aprender con los otros, rompiendo con una formación autoritaria, para promover una más lúdica.]]></p></abstract>
