Se analizan ambas realidades desde una perspectiva de la investigación crítica colaborativa situada en el campo de la educación, la antropología y la política. Abordamos los desafíos de la educación de la infancia en la esfera pública, desde la perspectiva de las políticas públicas y su incidencia en la vida de las infancias. El trabajo de campo se realizó desde la perspectiva de estudios cualitativos con adaptaciones metodológicas, ya que con la pandemia COVID-19 no era viable un trabajo de campo en terreno, considerando las medidas preventivas vigentes en cada país. Identificamos limitaciones y posibilidades para afrontar los retos que plantea un contexto pandémico y post pandémico. Finalmente analizamos cómo -a pesar de los avances legales- los derechos de niñas y niños se han visto fuertemente amenazados en los últimos años.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Neste estudo refletimos sobre os avanços e desafios das políticas e práticas de atenção integral à criança, destacando as possibilidades e os limites da açãogovernamental no Brasil e na Argentina. Ambas realidades sãoanalisadas a partir de uma perspectiva de investigação crítica colaborativa situada nos campos da educação, antropologia e política. Abordamos os desafios da educação da infânciana esfera pública, sob a ótica das políticas públicas e seu impacto na vida das crianças. O trabalho de campo foi realizado na perspectiva de estudosqualitativoscomadaptações metodológicas, poiscom a pandemia do COVID-19, o trabalho de campo em campo não era viável, considerando as medidas preventivas vigentes em cada país. Identificamos limitações e possibilidades para enfrentar os desafios colocados por um contexto pandêmico e pós-pandêmico. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In this study we reflect on the progress and challenges posed by policies and practices for comprehensive childcare, highlighting the possibilities and limits of government action in both Brazil and Argentina. Both realities are analyzed from a perspective of collaborative critical inquiry situated in the fields of education, anthropology and politics. We address the challenges of childhood education in the public sphere, from the perspective of public policies and their impact on the lives of children. The field work was carried out from the perspective of qualitative studies with methodological adaptations, since with the COVID-19 pandemic, field work in the field was not feasible, considering the preventive measures in force in each country. We identify limitations and possibilities to face the challenges posed by a pandemic and post-pandemic context. Finally, we analyze how - despite legal advances - the rights of girls and boys have been strongly threatened in recent years.]]></p></abstract>
