A partir de uma pesquisa, caracterizada como um estudo de caso, que investiga o potencial pedagógico dos MDV3D na formação dos educadores em cursos de licenciaturas em Computação, Física e Pedagogia, apresenta-se um recorte da experiência pedagógica desenvolvida no metaverso (MDV3D) Second Life (SL). Para tanto, são analisadas e discutidas situações de aprendizagem emergentes das interações no processo de formação nesse metaverso, sendo possível evidenciar o potencial de interação e imersão dos participantes nessas tecnologias, bem como suas implicações nos processos de ensinar e aprender, sinalizando um novo caminho para a efetivação de práticas pedagógicas inovadoras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article reflects on the didactic and pedagogical possibilities in metaverses (Digital Virtual Worlds 3D - MDV3D), highlighting the contributions of these technologies for teacher education in the context of cyber culture. Based on the research, characterized as a case study, which investigates the educational potential of MDV3D in the education of teachers education on undergraduate licentiate courses in Computer Science, Physics and Pedagogy, we present an outline of teaching experience developed in the metaverse (MDV3D) Second Life (SL). For this purpose, learning situations arising from interactions in the metaverse are analyzed and discussed, revealing the potential for interaction and immersion of the participants in these technologies, and their implications in the teaching and learning processes, signaling a new route to an effective and innovative teaching practice.]]></p></abstract>
